Excise Tax: There is a tax of $2.00 per pack on cigarettes. For all other tobacco products the
tax on the product is 75% of the wholesale price.10
• Establishments are required to post signs stating that sales to minors are prohibited.
• Only sales clerks are allowed access to tobacco products prior to sale.
