Effective September 1, 2010 we will be charging 3% processing fee on any credit card
transaction.

**The PTA Fee includes Chanukah Gift For All Staff Members**
  REGISTRATION FEE:

Registration fees are not refundable and are in addition to tuition. Students
registering after the deadline of February 14, 2011 are not guaranteed a place for
the 2010-2011 school year. New family applications will be accepted beginning
February 10, 2011.

 PAYMENT PLANS:
1. Multiple child discounts: 3rd child 10%, 4th child 20%.

2. All installment payments will be made by means of twelve (12) monthly ACH transfers from the
checking or savings account of your choice.

3. Periodic installment payments:

a. Should you wish to present manual checks, you may pay your tuition in up to three (3) installments
of 1/3 your tuition obligation dated August 19, 2011, November 19, 2011, and February 23, 2012.

 FINANCIAL AID:
WE DO NOT OFFER FINANCIAL AID FOR THE EARLY CHILDHOOD DEPARTMENT.
Emek’s Financial Aid Committee carefully considers each request for financial aid and strives to allocate the
limited funds as equitably as possible.

If you are in need of financial assistance, please mark the financial aid application request box on the
enrollment application form and submit $45.00 along with your registration fee by February 14, 2011.

Financial aid application requests will not be honored unless accompanied by all applicable fees, including
registration, scholarship application fee and P.T.A check.

Financial aid applications are on a first-come first-served basis. Please refer to the Application Timeline
for tuition assistance deadlines

FINAL DEADLINE FOR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS IS May 2, 2011.
