In autocratic model employee are subject
to obey all the rules during work and
processes

results:- DEPENDANCE ON THE BOSS
In autocratic model of organization employee
are more dependant when it comes
to any decision making as freedom is not
given to them
Employee needs met :- SUBSISTENCE
In autocratic model needs and wants of the
employee are not met as the organization
Only governs and concentrated for authority
