I am an Ex PBOR of Indian Air Force. My particulars are as under

Wish to seek information as under:

1) Copy of The authority/document (i.e. the exact page) which shows that from
when (i.e. the effective date) my pension has been enhanced as per 6th CPC.

2) Copy of my Erroneous PPO (as stated by AFRO to me via mail) as per 6th
CPC received by AFRO from you.

3) Copy of the reply to AFRO, from you, against AFRO query No. 12027 dated
20 May 2010.

4) Copy of the above mentioned PPO (as per 6th CPC) after amendment on
your part.
I hereby inform that following formalities have been completed by me:
1. That I have deposited the requisite fees of Rs. 50.00 (Rupees Fifty only) by way of Draft
favoring CGDA dated payable at NEW DELHI.
2. I need the photocopy of the documents and I had deposited the cost of the
photocopy of Rs.50.00 (Rupees Fifty only) for as required Number of Pages
or
3. I had deposited sum of Rs. _____/- for the charges of CD. (strike out which ever
is not applicable)
4. That I belong to Category of Below Poverty Line (BPL): Yes / No
(Strike whichever is not applicable). If yes, I am attaching the valid photocopy of

information received in any case and under any circumstances, with any person or
