Job Description
1. Job Identification:

 Location: Refinery Unit
 Title of Supervisor: Assistant General Manager(AGM)
2. Job Summary: Supervision of construction from client side.
3. Responsibilities & Duties:
 Ensuring safety at work site
 Design conformity
 Supervision of construction activity
 Material management
 Construction planning
 Billing
4. Relationships: The candidate will have to work with the contractor, government authorities
(IBR). He will also have to report to plant HOD.
5. Authority of the incumbent: Bill Clearing, Material Clearance, Work Clearance.
6. Standards of Performance:
 Completion of work in accordance with planning targets
 Conformance to safety norms
7. Working conditions:
 Field Office
 Construction site conditions
 Work at height

Job Specification
1. Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
2. Training/Knowledge:
 HS&F (Health Safety & Fire), Basic Material & Crane related Knowledge.
 Knowledge of local language is preferred
3. Length of Experience: 0 to 3 years
4. Physical Traits: Should not have any physical disability or chronic disease/disorder
5. Personality Traits:
 Good Communication Skills
 Leadership qualities
 Diligent
6. Sensory Skills:
 Should not be colour blind
 Hearing should not be impaired
