1. Formulate HRD Plan based on

4. Prepare vouchers, Purchase requests,
purchase order and other documents
for liquidation.
5. Conduct trainings, seminars, HRD Point
orientations and other HRD related

divisions/sections offices
7. Comply Communications
8. Prepare HDR reports for submission to
the Regional Office
9. Update HRD BB
10. Implement and monitor 5S
11. Establish/coordinate other training
institutions
