Dear TPG Broadband Customer, We have detected that there may be a Filtering issue on your ADSL line that

could be affecting your internet connection. Please check if any of the following situations apply to you: 1. FILTER/S ARE NOT CONNECTED CORRECTLY- Make sure that your cables are plugged into your ADSL Filter correctly.

2. MISSING FILTER/S- Please ensure every connected telephony device in your home (like other telephones/cordless phones, fax machine, back to base alarms, and Foxtel) also has a Filter. These devices could be connected to different phone sockets around your home. Please purchase additional Filters if you are missing any. 3. FILTERS MAY BE FAULTY- If you suspect that your ADSL Filter is faulty or old, please purchase additional Filters. To purchase new Filters visit your local computer store (such as Dick Smith or Harvey Norman) or contact TPG directly.
