Help for the Illiterate

By Elton Camp Surely this picture is done by Photoshop If not, its stupidity would be hard to top Illiteracy isnt solved by making a joke It is a problem for a large number of folk High schools grads may barely read or write And a situation like that is sure a sorry sight I dont know what it is that should be done But some sort of program needs to be begun

At least this draws attention to the problem
