JOB DESCRIPTION
Title: Corporate training and development. Department: Human Resource Department. Summary: Responsible for training newly recruited employees. Duties: y Conduct seminars y Prepare training schedule y Give employees an induction about the company y Keep the employees updated y Maintain attendance y Personality development Working Conditions: Normal 9AM to 9PM, six days a week. Report to: Head Quality and Training development.

Education: y MBA-HR and Training & Development y BBA-HR/Finance y Along with Specialized training. Experience: 2-3 Years of experience in HR and Training&Development. Skills, Knowledge and Ability: y Communication skills, presentation, and other soft skills are required. y Knowledge about how training and development takes place. y Intuitive ability and understanding body language. Work Orientation Factors: Position demands flexibility in working conditions. Age: 22years to 35 years.
