2. Regular visit to sites to monitor implementation of HSE requirements. 3. Apprise the Project Manager for all interface requirements observed during construction and the actions required. 4. Investigating all incidents including near misses and report to Project Manager, OETC and SNCC HSE Advisor. 5. Ensuring that HSE Audit and inspections are carried out as per schedule laid down in the project HSE Management Plan. Reporting findings to the Project Manager and initiating timely corrective actions. 6. Evaluating the HSE performance / awareness of the workforce and recommending proper incentives and corrective measures. 7. Ensure all staff / employees wear necessary PPEs. Accountabilities 1. Ensuring implementation of this HSE Management Plan and Policies. 2. Maintaining regular interactions with staff / employees and obtain feedback for continual improvement of HSE performance. 3. Fulfill the tasks & target assigned to himself and follow-up for action from his sub-ordinates. 4. Incident investigations and corrective / preventive action.
