Sub: Where is the Justice ?

Respected Sir, Can I ask you a simple question that where is the Justice ? An Orange Category factory Priya Packaging operating at 95/1 Cossipore Road has obtained a consent as Green Category Industry from District Industries Center Kolkata on behalf of WBPCB. But the real truth is that this Factory is not converted to Green Category Industry and continuously running it's Orange Category activities like Graviure Printing and manufacturing of Plastic Films from reprocessed LLDPE within KMC area. And according to Environmental Siting Policy of WBPCB Orange Category can't operate within KMC area. Since last two years I am continuously informing WBPCB by visiting personally WBPCB head office at Saltlake and also by giving formal complain letters to WBPCB Officials about this factory that this Orange Category factory is running withing our densely populated residential area, generating tremendous sound and spreading intolerable chemical fumes of Graviure Printing and simply making our daily life miserable. WBPCB kolkata regional office inspected this factory 3-4 times and a hearing also conducted at WBPCB head office (R-O-P is attached) on 24-7-2010 but till now we don't have any relief from this factory. Sir, Day after day what we are inhaling? We are inhaling chemical fumes of Graviure Printing. And this is happening day after day. And most frustrating fact is that DIC Kolkata on behalf of WBCPB has provided a consent as a Green Category factory. Because this factory had started it's operation at 95/1 Cossipore Road without having any consent from DIC or WBPCB.
