    merchandise,
    it must be done within 60 days of the time you receive goods and must be accompanied by your packing slip:
    1. DENNIS accepts merchandise that is unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with tags intact.
    2. DENNIS regrets we cannot accept returns on personalized or special ordered items

    To Return Merchandise:
    1. Fill out the returns and exchange form and include it in the package with merchandise and packing slip.
    2. Use the mailing label provided.
    3. Send package via an insured or tracked service (UPS & USPS offer tracking service/insured service).
    Allow 15 business days for your order to be received and processed.
    Credit will be issued to your credit card for returned merchandise. Exchanged or newly ordered items will be charged
    to your credit card as will any additional shipping charges.
