Russ Hardesty, PhD, L.P.C.

Russ received his Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma and then received his license as a professional counselor. His purposeful life has helped to empower thousands of people to have richer, happier and more abundant lives during his 43 years of service as a teacher, trainer, speaker, coach and therapist. Russ shares the gifts of healing and hope with those who want to Be, Do and have more in their lives. Russ is passionate about helping others to create the life they want to live. is to provide a safe place for healing and self discovery; a place in which to learn personal tools so that individuals may live life to its fullest potential.

Royce Hardesty, MS, L.P.C. Royce received his Master's Degree in


psychology from Central Missouri State University in 1991. He has worked in the field of counseling and behavior services since then. He has success in a wide range of concerns including: addiction recovery, trauma recovery, family counseling, leadership development, personal growth and development, effective behavior analysis and behavior management. Royce has been blessed to be married to his wife Robin since 1990. They have two daughters Mikaela born in 1995 and Elise born in 1999.

Christy Hutton, Ph.D. Christy is a Joplin native.

She is a University of Missouri (UM) graduate where she earned a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling in 2000 and a Doctorate in Counseling and Psychology in 2005. Christy has experience working with a variety of mental health concerns including serious and persistent mental illness, suicidality, and general counseling. Christy is currently the Outreach Communications Coordinator for UM Counseling Center. In Addition, Christy is on the national training teal for Mental Health First Aid, and international educational program. Christy has been involved with Freedom Seminars for over 20 years and has volunteered her time to assist in more than 10 trainings.

Ronald Lee Routledge, was born Feb. 27, 1961 at Freeman Hospital in Joplin,
MO. He married his high school sweetheart Louise Ann in 1983 who works with him in ministry. He graduated with a Bachelors in Education from MU-Columbia and earned his Master of Divinity from Lexington Theological Seminary. He has served as Pastor in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) for the past 20 years and is currently at First Christian in Brookfield, MO. Ron has provided leadership on several non-profit Boards and offered numerous personal and spiritual growth workshops over the years. Ron is a free man, who is called to be and share Life Abundant.
