The Swahili Civilization: Advances and Change in an Age of Turmoil

The purpose, of this document, is to hopefully, offer, the Swahili People, a new view, of whom, they are, and could also, very well be. It does not pretend, to know, the Swahili People, better, than the Swahili themselves, but attempts actually really, to present them (the Swahili), from, a new light and perspective. For many today, the Swahili, Politically, are often seen, in three ways really: as followers of Islam, as a Tribe, and finally, as the descendants, of an old and even dead perhaps, Civilization. In Kenya truly though, the Swahili, are seen, as a Tribe (or even People), by the majority of Kenyans, who believe, the Swahili, to be not too different, from other Africans, due mainly, to, the popular usage, of, the Swahili language, within Africa even. A belief, by Africans, that, by virtue, of the popularity, of Kiswahili in Africa itself, means really, that the Swahili, are simply, another African Tribe, as with the Kikuyu even, whose language, is also believed, to be popular. As followers of Islam, the Swahili, are believed by many in Africa really, as being descendants, of Arabs, and believed too, to be light skinned, having caucasoid features, having unAfrican hair, and in many ways too (at least, for black skinned Swahilis), having, a historical (Commercial) connection, to Oman (and via Islam too). As descendants, of a dead Civilization now, the Swahilis, are perceived as such really, by most people, around the world. In many ways, it is believed, that this, is an ugly way of viewing really, the Swahili, and in many ways, limits, the ability, of the Swahili in all, to recover, their past glories, and be something, greater, out there than simply, a Tribe in Kenya, but extending, into Tanzania itself too really. As said before, an ugly way really, of viewing, the Swahili. In this document though, we shall attempt, to provide, a new way of, viewing, the Swahili, as they today are really, and offer too, many suggestions really, on how, the Swahili, upon viewing themselves in a new light, can harness this, to many, unseen opportunities, within, their world, and, outside it. A Political History of the Swahili: Below, will be the attempt in all, to reproduce, Swahili History, as it has happened, over the Ages, and with regards too really, to, its Political aspects. A way of recording History <Political aspects>, not too popularly seen <as with its phases and stages>, and in many ways, can in all be seen, as a Philosophical way really, of recording History itself.

First off, the history of the Swahili, can be said, to begin, in the form of Settlements (believed to be Egyptian in origin), and with these settlements, engaging, in Trade itself (Agricultural based), with, Ancient Egypt even too. With time (huge in margin), the Swahili, become, a Civilization (heavily structural, and systematic), with the Sultanate, being, the major identifying/marker, and Structure even, of the Swahili Civilization. The Civilization is believed, to be based at its core on, Merchant Trade (and with the Sultanate, being responsible, for its regulation really). In this way, the Swahili Sultanate differs, from the Omani one, in that, the Omani Sultanate was mainly responsible, for problem solving really, within, the Asian region. Changes in World History, which leads too, to Colonialism, brings about, a change really, in the Swahili Civilization, with Colonialism, being responsible in all, for the destruction, of many, of the Political structures, seen, within the Swahili world (and including, the Sultanate itself too). It is then, that, the Swahili in all become, more of an Ethnicity really, and mainly engaging, in what, people in Kenya do refer to as, Biashara. Biashara really, is a way of doing business, based around really, making deals in all. This, in many ways too, makes them, rather prosperous even <as the World, of Biashara, is much larger, as with even, Corporate deals, than most, believe it to be> <and the birth too in all really, of Corporate Kenya too, in most ways really>. With time again, the Swahili, become transformed into a new entity, and formally too again, simply described, as a Tribe <and with the general, decline, of Kenya in all really>. The Swahili, as a Tribe (in a Kenya/Africa, facing, Political and Economic decline in all), are marked in tow, by two, major definers really: their language, Kiswahili, and their engagement too, in certain sectors, of, the Kenyan Economy (Tourism). This defining of the Swahili, as a Tribe, brings about with it, a rather big division really, within the Swahili themselves as to whom really, is truly Swahili, due in all really, to Political survival issues. The Shirazi in all, are seen as, being genuine Swahili, due in all really, to the Kiswahili they do speak (which is perceived, as being pure), and also too, due to their being in general, more wealthier, than, other Swahili groups <in most ways really>. In many ways, all this again, arising due to, Political mayhem <as with attempting, to dominate others, by redefining them really>, sees, a social downfall really, of the Swahili themselves. This second view, of the Historical nature, of the Swahili People, is seen perhaps really, as a better view today, of the Swahili themselves <since in many ways, it helps the Swahili overcome, many psychological barriers, they might face, in an attempt really, to understand, their decline>. The belief, they had built, a Civilization (to stand the test of time), while in reality truly perhaps, the Swahili, have historically, been defined in all, by forces, defining, the Political climate, in their area of

operations. Swahili Success and Identity (as compared to Omani), has always been defined, at the very least, by, Market/Economic forces. It is also believed that, this second way, of viewing Swahili History (and its People), helps one, to understand, the four major divisions, seen, historically, within the Swahili really: the Swahili, Miji Kenda, Bajuni, and, the Shirazi. The Miji Kenda, are believed in many ways, to be, the oldest group, within, the Swahili, and tracing their origins, back, to the times, that the Swahili world, consisted really, of Settlements really, and, have historically too really, engaged, in Agricultural, pursuits <of all kinds really>. You then have, the Shirazi (believed, to be of Islamic origins), and at the core, of founding, the Swahili (as a Civilization too really), and the Swahili Sultanates too in all, and in many ways too really, seen as the primary connection even, between the Swahili, and Oman <and this based too, on their believed, similar, Ancestral markers/identifiers>. You also have, the Bajuni, operating very much really, as an Ethnicity, and historically too, responsible in all, for Biashara <within the Swahili, in Oman, and the Asian region too really>. Finally, you have a group, recent in the making too <as with the rise, of Kenya, as an African Country really>, and called too, the Swahili, and who are very much, a Tribe in nature, and have not actually, been, a part of Swahili history. They come <or arise in all>, after Colonialism, and are responsible in many ways, for defining in all, Kiswahili, as it is spoken in Kenya really, and in many ways, are historically, believed <as with origins even>, to have been part of really, the Kamba Tribe in Kenya. This group, as with Swahili Social Images, have proven, to wreck havoc even, on Swahili Prestige, as with a common and popular belief today, the Swahili in most ways perhaps, are African <as with poverty, illiteracy, and crime/violence too really>, and in all, a Politically weak people in general <as with general unemployment even>. This group too, today, finds employment, in the Tourism sector, in, the Coastal lands <and general beliefs, of Swahili poverty in all>. It is now believed, that a time too, has come, for the Swahili, to reform themselves really, differently (in definition, and identity), and see themselves, as a whole new People, who can take advantage perhaps, of many unseen opportunities, the World, has to offer. In many ways, what is being advocated here, will see, the Swahili, as a People <and Ancestral in their ways too>, return, to their original formation, consisting only really, of the Shirazi, Bajuni, and Miji Kenda too <with any other groups of people, associated with the Swahili, to be politicized, in one way, or another>. The Swahili People too, have a third component to them, that has historically, been ignored really, and even, been maligned too <their

historical connection, to the Portuguese>. Portuguese Architecture, does abound, on the Swahili Coastline, and in many ways too really, the Portuguese, were part of, Swahili culture, as especially seen really too, in Mozambique. The Portuguese, oftenly believed really, to have been Slave traders, were in fact, actually, engaged in Maritime Trade (across the world), with a base too, in the Swahili Lands <Portuguese Maritime Trade, is believed in all, to have extended, into Japan, and as far even, as Brazil> <with Maritime Trade, differing too, from Merchant Trade, or even Mercantilism itself>. What is been said here though, at its core really, is that, the Swahili, are rather similar, superlatively <or Philosophically really>, to the Portuguese. As mentioned earlier, the Swahili people, have historically, defined and identified themselves, as several things: Settlements, Civilization, Ethnicity, and finally Tribe <as with passage of Time really too>. It however can be said <as with the Swahili, being similar to the Portuguese>, that both groups really, can be said in all <as with the Passage of Time>, to have evolved <at their core>, under Polities really < which too, were actually, at the very heart, of the creation/evolution, of the Portuguese Empire>. Polities surprisingly enough, are also known, to the Swahili, and are actually defined under what, is termed really, Majimboism. In many ways though, while Majimboism, as defined in Kenya, is heavily political and economic in nature, the definition, of a Polity, offered here, is very much Historical in nature, and very much too really, Religious in nature too. The Portuguese, as a Polity, defined themselves really, with regards, to four main things: Portuguese Art, Madonna worship, a Kingship, and finally, the worship of a Transcendental Christ. Portuguese Art, differed, from other European Art, as it was heavily really, Educative, by nature. This Art though, was mainly, in the form really, of Music, not too different either, from Taarab music, as heard, in the Swahili lands really. Music, that was believed really, to educate the people, on what it meant, to be Portuguese, and also really too, as with the case even, of Taarab Music, and what it means, to be Swahili. It is here too, that a form really, of Swahili History, is never recorded perhaps <or spoken about truly>, as with it, being Spiritual/Transcendental in nature, but in many ways too, can be said, to be, the true History really, of the Swahili <from an evolutionary perspective> <and as even, with Evolutionary Psychology too really>. In Portuguese culture, worship of Christ, was seen really, in many ways too, as a way truly, of being, a Capable being in all. In many ways too, Christ, was seen as the ideal, human, in Portuguese society, to be emulated by all, in his ways and manners (for both men and women). With the Swahili, they though, engaged, in Ancestor worship, which has historically, been the main form, of Religious worship, seen, in the Swahili lands. Instead, of having a Kingship (as the Swahili People, are many, and somewhat divided too really), they instead, engaged, in the worship, of Jinni Beings. In short

really, these Beings, were responsible in all, for paving, the way, with regards, to Advancement really, and of all kinds. Instead, of the worship of the Madonna, it is known that, the Swahili, did engage in, the olden day worship (and by the Bajuni too also), of Water/Ocean Spirits. In Portuguese culture, the Madonna, was responsible in all, for influencing, Rule and Law, in Portuguese society. The worship of Water/Ocean Spirits too, often believed perhaps, primeval, can be done, in a rather modern and interesting ways, as with the case really, of Possession (and not Ritual). In all really, those, possessed, by Water/Ocean Spirits, as with a Swahili Religious Clergy, inspired and influenced too really, Rule and Law, amongst the Swahili. Finally, with regards, to Portuguese Art and Portuguese society really too, it can be seen, that, Swahili Art (heavily based on, Taarab music), is actually, inspired in all perhaps, by Wind/Pepo Spirits. In all really too, Taarab Music <and as Intellectual Property too>, has historically really, defined, whom the Swahili are, with regards really, to the basic intelligences they do possess. The Use, of Art, as a means, of Education really, should not be taken, slightly, as one can easily see, that even, in the Western world, the Wealthy, and Elite classes, are often educated, in a Classical Arts education really. It can be in all, be pointed out perhaps, that it is important really, for the Swahili perhaps, to in many ways, institutionalizing this Art, as with it really, being an important part/component, of Swahili History and Identity. It is known perhaps really, that Art, rather than education, when institutionalized, makes for more intelligent people (and even more intelligent, than, Phd researchers, who are highly, defined really, and limited too, by the tools and equipment, they often heavily use; what this means, is that, for most Phd researchers, without their tools and equipment, they are in most ways, basically useless, and especially really even, as thinkers too in general). Below will be offered, a way of organizing, the Swahili, with regards to the four main spheres of life: Religious, Social, Political, and Economic. This form of organization, will be, Two-Tier in formation, and offering, lots of opportunity, to all Swahili peoples really.

First-Tier Organization:
Social Organization:
If it is to be perceived that, the Swahili, at their core, are Social beings, then it is believed too, that, at the heart of any reform, of Swahili organization in general, is very much associated, with reforming, Swahili

Social Identity really. From their origins, the Swahili, have gone through several, basic Social Identities. With their origins, in the form of Settlements really, the Swahili, were at their very heart, Farmers. In many ways too really, they intermingled, with each other, socially, as Farmers would in all perhaps. During the Swahili Civilization times, the Swahili, were mainly defined, by the Merchant, as a Social being. As an Ethnicity, the Businessperson (engaged in Biashara), became, the defining, Swahili Social being <as even with, the creation, of prominent Kenyan Businessmen, and Kenyan Society in general). The Swahili, as a Tribe however (a Social Identity really, persisting to this day), have not been, very social in nature, and in many ways too really, the average Swahili, is seen today, as being in all really, a Worker. All this really, is how in general, the Swahili, have often been perceived Socially <and by others too really>. Traditionally though too, the Swahili, have been a people, not driven really, to claim Social Success, as often defined, by the pursuit really too, of Power, Sex, Money, and Status even. While, in most of Africa (and in this day too really), the pursuit, of the above four in their base forms (as in the pursuit, of power, for powers sake really, or even, the pursuit of money really, so as to simply store it), the Swahili alternatively, have not, engaged in this really (and believed really too, due to their housing, precious even, Knowledge, in the form really, of Mali/Wisdom in general). In Africa though, the pursuit, of these four elements, as definers, of Social Success, and even the Social being really, has led, in many ways too really, to the fall and decline, of Morality really, in African society. It is however believed, that a new Swahili Social Identity, can be created, based on various, Social practices, that can in all, re-enliven, the Swahili world in general. It is believed, that, engaging in these Social practices, will turn, the average Swahili, into one main thing really: a Logician. A Logician, is a person, who in many ways, attempts, to use, logic heavily, to analyze, just about anything, in society, and from a, Religious perspective really. In many ways too, a Logician, is seen, as the merging really perhaps, of Mathematics and Philosophy together. The reason, why this is asked for, is so that, there be, a wholly unique and defining, Swahili Identity really. Historically, the Swahili, have been divided, into the three, previously mentioned groups, with each engaging with the others, as need saw to it really. While the Miji Kenda, were originally, the main group (and main Social Identity even), amongst the Swahili, the arrival of the Shirazi, saw the Swahili, as mainly identified socially, as Merchants, and seeing even, a Class structure of sort, emerge, between the Shirazi, and Miji Kenda too really. The arrival of the Bajuni, as another Swahili group really, were independently in all really, responsible, for regulating, the Swahili

people in general <and as a form, of mediators really>. In many ways too really, it is this, tumultuous even, version, of Swahili history, that in many ways, has led, to the downfall in several ways, of the Swahili themselves <and Socially too really>. As a result, of the lack, of a proper Swahili Social Identity, one sees, the Miji Kenda for instance, associate with various outsiders to the Swahili <and eventually marry them>, as is the case too, of the Bajuni, intermingling, and marrying too really, Indians in general. All this, eventually leads, to the Social collapse, of the Swahili <as with the creation even, of the Swahili (as explained above)>, and in many ways too as an example of this, one finds, that the Bajuni for instance, having Indian blood in them, have often too really, been historically suspected, as not really being truly faithful, to being Swahili in all. It is therefore seen, that the best way, to unite, all Swahili people together harmoniously, is by the creation really, of a Social Identity, which brings them together, and therefore, eliminating too, various Political hierarchies (with regards to work and wealth), historically seen, amongst the Swahili. This Social Identity, it is perceived, will be the only truly uniting physical factor, between, all Swahili Peoples really. The pursuit, of the four base social elements perhaps, of Power, Sex, Money and Status, can be pursued really, by the Swahili, in certain ways and manners, and in many cases too, re-invigorating, Swahili Commercial activity, and also even, putting back, the life, into, Swahili culture. As mentioned above, the Logician, should be seen, as being, the major, Social Identity, amongst all the Swahili really. The Logician too though, is believed really, to engage, in certain social practices, that will in many ways too, make him, and also really, help in formulating, a core Swahili identity. Power: With regards, to the pursuit of Power, it is believed, that the Swahili, engage, in two primary things: the eating, of Great food (Cuisine, from around the world; with Japanese recommended), and also, engaging too, in Luxurious living (this means too really, buying really, luxurious products in all). Luxurious products, include, products, such as great paintings (as would be sold in an auction), and even too, a beautiful looking Guitar or Violin. In many ways really, the buying, of products, perceived in all, as being, Aesthetically Beautiful. These products too, will mainly be used, to decorate, their Homes, and even, Offices too <as with knowing really, people who do seek out, Luxurious products/services, tend in all, not to be power hungry> < it is actually well known, that those, who eat great food, tend to be in general really, not power hungry in most ways really too>.

Sex: With regards, to the Pursuit of Sex, it is believed, that areas, or even venues really, be set aside, for Swahili people, to engage in really, useful and humorous conversational activity. This kind, of activity, already takes place, in the Swahili world (although, on the streets perhaps really, and not venues), but it is believed, that this activity, best take place, in certain areas <or venues really> <as with the case, of sheesha smoking holes, seen in Egypt, and other places, in the Middle East too really>. It is in general believed, that people, who engage in conversational activity (deep and humorous in nature), are <heavily even> less likely, to pursue Sex, as a form of entertainment. This conversation, should be religious and philosophical in nature, as with the case of, Rumi perhaps really. Money: It is rather known, that those, who pursue money for moneys sake, tend in many ways, to have a poor Self-Image really. They tend, just not to be happy, with the way, they actually look really. They believe, that money, can help them, transcend, their poor self-esteem (and due to a poor self-image in all really). It is recommended though, that the Swahili in general, engage, in a lot of sporting activity (from Basketball, to Tennis, to Swimming), to help them, formulate, a proper Self-Image (and not be driven, by greed or lust even). This, in many ways, can be seen, as the main way, for Swahili youth, from different Swahili groups, to best, interact with each other really. In many ways too, it is the issue, of money/wealth, that truly does separate, the different Swahili <with they too in general, being capable, of being united, based on, similar, Physical builds really>. Status: Swahili people, have historically been rather known as, seekers, of Status in general <and making them similar, to Indians too in all>. If there is one, major weakness, that Swahili people do possess socially, it is, the seeking of Status really, amongst, different kinds of people. In many ways too truly, a desire, to be socially recognized, in one way or another really. It is however, believed, from a historical sense, that limiting, the innate desire for Status, can be done, by seeking out really, Wisdom <in all its forms> <and mainly that, deemed Philosophical really>. People with Wisdom, rarely, ever truly seek out, Status <as a Social Marker really>, and are instead, actually, sought out, by other people. It is believed, that the Swahili, can seek out Wisdom, in two main ways: Engaging in Nature (including trips, into Africa perhaps really, or the High Seas themselves), and also too really, the reading, of Wisdom based Philosophy works <with a good example, of such works really, being, the Al-Hadith, by Maulana Fazlul Karim>. It is recommended, that these works, be seen, as being more important, to the general education, of the Swahili, as compared really, to the Koran <as with it, being perceived, as a work, of Philosophical Wisdom>.

Those seeking the above, will in general see, that, their social desire really, for Status, dwindle in all. All this, as said above, should be seen, as the basis, of bringing about, all Swahili people together. The practices above, it is believed, will transform, the average Swahili person, into a Logician <and at the primary level even>. It is also believed, that these practices, be the basis, of entry, into, becoming Swahili, rather than through, Intermarriage, with perceived, well to do, outsiders really. In all, if they fail, to grasp Rumi, the Al-Hadith <by Fazlul Karim>, Sophistication <as defined by the Luxurious>, and also too really, a general Swahili Body image (also very much in all too, defining, Swahili speech in general speech), then really, they cannot, truly, possibly be, Swahili.

Political Organization:
While in the past, the Sultanate, has been at the top, of Swahili Political organization, it is believed too really, that a new kind, of Political hierarchy, be engaged in, and based on, Entrepreneurial activity really <and as with an Emir even>. Swahili people, are believed in general, to possess, the intelligence, in doing one major thing, that can make them, rather prosperous: Adding Value. Adding Value, is an economic term, rather known, in America, but often really, heavily, improperly defined. In America, Adding Value, is often believed, to refer to attempts, at re-designing things really, and simply, making them different in general. In many ways, the attempt really, to make anything, more appealing. Adding Value, on the otherhand, is truly really, all about, re-defining things, and simply, making them better really. An example would be, for Americans, having a Car Model, appear, in various Car paints/colours, so that, there can be really, variety, within the market. Adding Value on the otherhand, is really perceived, for instance, about changing, the aesthetics <and not design>, of a Car model (and including even perhaps, the kind of Car colour/paint), such that, the Car is in all, is re-defined, for another whole new market really. Another example, of Adding Value, is rewriting <as with aesthetics, and not design (or remixing even)>, a song, for a whole really, new market. This is different, from re-designing a song <remix>, by actually adding, a new musician to it perhaps, or a beat even, but really in all too, for the same market really. The latter, is often done, in America, but the former, is rather, unknown in general really. It is believed, that the Swahili, are probably, the best people in the whole wide world, at, Adding Value. That this too really, can be the basis, of

a new and huge even, market opportunity, for the Swahili, to accumulate, great prosperity in. As a basic example, it is believed, that the following industries, can, hugely benefit, the Swahili (and with regards really, to self-employment even), while also, accumulating, great wealth in general, if done, from the perspective, of Adding Value really. The industries proposed here are, Media, Healthcare, Education, and, Technologies too really. Media: The Media, can be a source of great Wealth for the Swahili, if it is understood, and known too, that, Swahili people, are very good, at Presenting, all kinds of Knowledge really. That at the very least, Swahili people, know how, to tell stories well, and that, the News Media, is only truly really, about one thing: Presenting the news. It is therefore believed, that the Swahili, can become, a Global Media House (along the lines of Rupert Murdoch), due to their very good knowledge really, of presenting, all kinds of material really. As a start, it is believed, that the Swahili, can not only, easily take over Africas Media <all over the continent>, but really too that, they actually do know really well, how to present, material, from all kinds of perspectives really <what is been said here really, is that, presenting the news, like Editorials (and not Briefings), and as with the example really, of the show, 60 Minutes, is very much seen, as the future really, of News Media in itself> <In general, the future of media/Media, can be said, to be in Editorial like formats, and not, Briefings (as with such media/Media even, selling, like hotcakes even, right now)>. Healthcare: Healthcare, is in many ways today really, a rather old Industry <and as with regards, to progress even too really>. What this means, its an Industry, whereby people seek, to base all forms, of Research, from what they do call, the facts, or even, scientific facts really. Facts in many ways, are a limited form of Knowledge, as they pertain really, to the physical nature, of a thing really. A person, is cut, with a knife really and bleeds, and that, is in many ways too really, a scientific fact <and perhaps one can even say, his vein, got cut really, and with such knowledge, as treatment really, used to deal, with the cut itself really>. However, it is deemed possible, that Healthcare, can be seen, from a different light: that of seeing, things, from their Basis <and not Facts either>. This in many ways, refers to diagnosing something, from its psychological nature really <this means actually, they way it reacts, based very much really on, how it is supposed, to move, act, or do something naturally>. This in many ways, refers to seeing just about everything, from its spirit nature <or what some do call, Epistemology>. Western Healthcare, has always been, from the perspective, of how the body functions <Scientific facts, and rather ancient/extinct too, accompanying practices really>, while Asian Healthcare, has in many

ways, been heavily based on, Energy levels of the body <as with a cut, being healed primarily, by raising, ones energy levels really, to stop the bleeding>. Healthcare, based on Epistemology, is mainly based on, how the body reacts to, various Stimulus, and ensuring, that it always, reacts, in a normal/natural manner really <in many ways too, a way of medicine, highly, Signal based>. In many ways too, this is associated too even, with Swahili Healing practices, as based on really, spirit possession. In all really, it is perceived, that the Swahili, can build on Western and Asian medical traditions, by adding really, the perspective, of Epistemology, and in many ways, creating, a whole new branch of Medicine <and highly based, on understanding, what Signals, do impact a Body properly really> <this differs again, from Asian Medicine, and its use of herbal remedies really, as with dealing, with Body Energy levels, or even too really, Western Medicine, and its heavy use, of tools and equipment, in dealing, with most problems seen>. This, it is perceived, is not that hard to do, if the Swahili understand, their Medical practices, to have parts in it, that are akin, to Asian and Western Medical practices <and that in all, Medicine today, can be seen, from three levels really (lowest to highest): Western, Asian, and, Epistemology>. Education: The field of Education, is perceived in all, to be far reaching really, in its range, for the Swahili < as it in many ways really, is perceived from, the manner, in which, one teaches really>. How does one teach, Geography, or Physics even, so that, they may best be, understood, by others really. Use labs? Use fieldtrips? Or even, Project work perhaps? It is believed, that, at the very least, the Swahili, know how, to present, educational material, of all kinds, from highly different perspectives <as with their even perhaps, deep understanding, of Presentation Formats really, of all kinds> <and that, they could rewrite in all perhaps, a book on Astrophysics (even as with simply, rearranging, the TOC), to be understood really, by all>. This though, is far widely reaching, as it includes, developing new ways, of teaching, just about anything; and that too, these new ways of teaching, can heavily, be based on, the Demonstration, of all kinds really. At the very least, the Swahili, could sit atop, a Publishing Industry <based on re-writings>, and also, Private Schooling too, of all kinds really <Demonstrations, and not Lab Displays, as is common today>. Technologies: The field of Technologies, is rather wide ranging, and in many ways too really, Technologies, refer to Tools really, that help one, while solving a problem <and not, to actually, solve, the problem>. What they call, the Open Source Software movement, is actually, made up of, Technologies really, and not, Technology itself. A Stopwatch, is an example really, of what, Technologies really are for example. This is an area, of wide application, and developing, Technologies, is almost, a huge as Industry, as all other Industries, put together really <in all,

Technologies, are not used to solve, Technical problems, but instead really, problems that can be called, Pains in all e.g. irritations, annoyances and even, disturbances too really>. A very huge and wide field, as even, Honey too really, is an example perhaps, of what does fall under, Technologies. In all really, while traditionally, Swahili Political Organization, and especially, as with the Sultanate even, has been, under the management of the Shirazi, it is deemed and believed right, that this proposed, Political Organization, be under the wing, of the Bajuni <but with the Shirazi perhaps, serving, as Emir in one form or another>.

Economic Organization:
The Swahili lands today, find themselves, in great disparage even, as little economic activity, does really take place there. In many ways, the Swahili, have sold out, to their traditional way of life really, by having, foreigners, engage in various sectors <often referred to as, Large scale Industries>, in exchange, for a sum of a kind <the reason all this said being, that the Swahili lands in all, as with being sacred, have lost in many ways, the magical touch, they used to have really>. In many ways too, the Swahili will find, that the Infrastructure seen, in the Swahili lands today, is totally targeted, towards, feeding, these Large scale Industries really, and not, the Swahili themselves actually. One then, can obviously see, that the Swahili, have become, a dominated group somewhat, in the Swahili lands, as the Infrastructure seen there, and the Large scale Industries they do serve, are not really, under the control, of the Swahili themselves. As a result too really, a part of the Swahili <the Swahili, having Kamba affiliations, mentioned above>, have been forced, to work, as simple labourers, in these, Large scale Industries, dominated in all, by outsiders <and with all this too, having a disastrous impact socially really, on the Swahili, who are highly, a Social based people, since in a few words really, most truly, cannot, separate and identify distinctively, the Swahili, from the true Swahili themselves (as with the Swahili today, representing truly even, the true Swahili, Globally, and as with regards really, to Social Images, and as Workers too even)>. In many ways too really <as with regards to all this>, it can probably best be proposed that, the Swahili, redefine the Infrastructure, in their lands, according, to the Social Organization, proposed above really <with this, in many ways too, shutting off, the Swahili lands, to outsiders, and in many ways too, making those, who do enter, the

Swahili lands, be forced in all, to live, somewhat, like the Swahili do>. The fact, that the Swahili, no longer control their Infrastructure <which is also, rather Economical in nature>, means too, that the way of life, seen in the Swahili lands today, no longer suits really, the Swahili, and there is a danger even, that eventually, the Swahili, could be kicked out, of the very lands, that they do love dearly <as with in all stating again, that this said Infrastructure, in many ways, truly limits, the expressing of the Swahili themselves, as true spirits really, and in many other ways too really (with all this, complicated to define really, but easy to see in all)>. When it comes to Economic Organization, it is perhaps unknown to the Swahili, that the Swahili lands <as with soils and Agriculture>, are very fertile, and so fertile, that, they can support, the growth, of any form, of Plant life, seen on Earth really. This is a large statement made, but what is been said again, is that, the Swahili, can grow anything, from Eucalyptus trees, to mangoes and apples, and even, rice, and on their lands really. One then, can obviously see, the very huge, economic opportunity, allowed to the Swahili, simply based, on Agriculture <and its offshoot industries>. Very huge opportunity truly said <as with the soils, in the Swahili lands too, fertile even, throughout the years, and times even>. In many ways too, it is deemed, that Air Transport, be the main form, of Transport, associated, with Economic activity really, in the Swahili lands, and not, Water or Road transport either <hopefully, this is understood, by realizing perhaps, that if any, Economic activity in the Swahili lands, cannot be supported, in most ways really (and rather that in one way or another), by Air Transport, it is not deemed, an activity, worth engaging in>. In many ways really, it is been suggested, that most, Water and Road transport, be blocked, in the Swahili lands, and it all really, be replaced, by Air transport <and in most ways too truly>. In many ways, one will find today, that Road and Water transport, in the Swahili lands, actually mainly feeds, Large scale Industries, seen there, which are of not much use, to the Swahili, but instead, have resulted, in the Swahili lands, being invaded really, by outsiders in all mainly. Yet still, it can be proposed, that Local economy, in the Swahili lands, best be associated, with the Social Organization, proposed above really. The Swahilis in many ways too again, are no longer, Merchants really, and therefore, Water Transport <as with Swahili Ports even>, are not, of too much use, to them <but instead really, serve, as an entry, of all kinds of goods, headed towards, Africa, and in many ways too actually, can be produced, at the local level economy, in Africa too> <what is been said here controversially, is that, Air Transport, works best in Africa (and as compared, to Road or Water transport even), and that, any Economic activity in Africa (including import/export), not supported mainly, by Air transport, is not, worth really, engaging in> <In many ways truly, the Swahili and Africa even (as with connecting the two), can be totally

connected/based around, the Aerospace and Aviation Industries (as what again really, does unite them both truly)> <it should be noted too, that, Aerospace and Aviation, do differ in all, from Aeronautics, which, Aeronautics that is, is rather common, in the Western world> <Aerospace in all, refers really even, to Personalized Air transport & Personalized Research (Personalized really, as with helping one truly, do something, in one way or another), while Aviation refers really, to Personal Air transport> <with both endeavours too actually, deemed highly profitable, for in all really, not only living, in Africa as a continent, but in reality too, the only true way, to live, in Africa (as with the idea even, of Africa, being in all, rather Upscale really)>. Other than Agriculture, and engaging too, in Agricultural Industries really <such as food processing even>, it is deemed, rather viable, for the Swahili, to engage in, Production, and not Manufacturing either really. Production, is rather easy, to engage in, and a Production facility, producing lots, can be managed, by even, five people at the most really. In many ways, this can make, for huge profits too, as, Production in general, is not, an expensive endeavour really, as with whats needed truly, are Mechanical Tools, and not, Machinery/Machines, as with Manufacturing really. A Printing Press for instance, is an example, of a Mechanical Tool really. It is also proposed finally, that Economic Organization in all, be under, the influence and moderation really, of the Miji Kenda in all. That in general too, it is they, that have traditionally, engaged, in Agriculture, from the very olden times really.

Religious Organization:
The area of Religious Organization, it is proposed, be in all ways really, associated, with the practice, of Islam really. In many ways though, it is however too, asked perhaps, that the way, of practicing Islam here, be based in all really, on that seen, in the Ottoman Empire <as with creating really, great works of Art/Architecture, in praise really too, of Allah>. It is also seen, that a huge Economic like opportunity, lies in all this too, as one though, can in all see, the ties, that do exist, between the Philosophy of worshipping Allah, in the form, of great Art works/Architecture, and what, they do call, the Securities Industries. That in all, great Art/Architecture, targeted towards, Allah, is mainly about, defining, what really, are Riches, and in one way or another <and as with Philosophy really> <and Riches too in all really, to offer, to Allah really>. Knowing that, is to know too, that the Securities Industries

<huge in America>, is associated, with what, they do refer to as, Riches <knowing them on sight, and knowing their intrinsic value too really> <Riches really too, refers really, to anything viewed, as being valuable really, and based on eye sight too really> <Gold to many, are Riches, and also make up, a big part, of the Securities Industries, in the Western world>. In all, what is been said is that, the Swahili worshipping Allah, and based on producing Art/Architecture in praise of Allah, and therefore understanding Riches in all, will make them automatically, understand, the Securities Industries <and as especially too really, with the times themselves>. A huge problem though, that has also, faced the Swahili often, pertains, to the issue, of International Relations really <that the Swahili world, lacks, proper political connections perhaps, to the rest of the world>. It is then proposed here, that the Swahili, can rectify this, by attempting to attract, all kinds of Scholars, Academics, Thinkers, and even, Philosophers, from around the World, to have a home, in the Swahili lands, and also too, serve, as a link, for the Swahili, to various parts of the World really <and as with cultural exchanges even>. The question though truly is, what do, the Swahili, have to offer, others, culturally? It is here again, that one sees, a difficulty in general, of understanding Swahili Culture <as with it truly, pertaining, to a world>, and that actually, the Swahili, can easily connect to others, based around, the concept too, of Riches <and as with defining this really, culturally in all>. Hopefully, this is understood, as what is said here is that, the very way, Swahili Culture has developed, makes it difficult in all for them, to connect culturally really, to others <as with the Swahili truly, being rather even, highly philosophical, in their ways really>. That in all, the Swahili can create really, International Relations, with others, based not only, on attracting eminent members of their Societies, to the Swahili lands, but also really, based on defining Swahili Culture <social customs even>, in many ways, on, Riches really. To end this part, it is of course seen obviously, that the Shirazi, be responsible, for all this.

Second-Tier Organization:
The Second-Tier Organization, is built, on the First, and is designed to allow, Individual Swahili, to live out, an Independent Life really, and seek out Success too, in a form really, they would agree on: Entrepreneurial.

Social Organization:

The Second-Tier Social Organization proposed here, is very much built, on the Social Organization, in the First-Tier seen before, and in many ways too, builds on, ones very nature, as defined, in the First-Tier really. Ones nature too, and according really, to Sex, Power, Money and Status issues. In many ways too, this Second-Tier Organization, is rather tentative in its nature, but is deemed worthy of description really, due to its believed, highly practical value <and nature>. In many ways too again, it is believed, an order/kind of Organization, that can in many ways too, be applied, at the present moment, and starting too, with Swahili Youth in general, who might, not have anything much, to do, with their lives at the present, and in a world today really, where just about any forms of power, are held, by a few < this speaks off really in all too again, and in many ways actually, of something, to keep Swahili Youth, pre-occupied, while maybe too, undergoing the training, to become, respectable Swahili people in all, as with considering the fact even, that Swahili Youth for instance, moving to England to live there, eventually do somehow, stop, becoming Swahili><In all ways too again really, activities perhaps, truly, Swahili by nature>. The proposed Second-Tier Organization, and based too, on a conceptualizing of Sex, Power, Money and Status <with Swahili Youth too, taken into account>, could be defined, as follows: Power: While it was stated above, that for the Swahili, the ownership of Luxurious goods/Products, and even, the eating of Great Food, can help in many ways, with one dealing, with all forms of Power issues really, it can be recommended too that, and as with Entrepreneurial activity too really, that Swahili Youth for instance, as with being a Logician too in all, can in all become, Cultural Advisors <and not, of the improving Culture kind really, but actually, dealing with really, what the Swahili, do call, Mali> <Mali here too, referring not only, to Monetary Wealth (a new conceptualization of Money itself, as with viewing Money for instance, in the form of a unique perhaps, organizational format), but also too really, any kind of Knowledge really too, that is deemed in all, Instant Wealth (with a small example being, how best for instance, to go about, cleaning, ones home)>. In many ways, as with lucrative opportunities even, Swahili in all, engaging in the creation, of Mali, is deemed in all too, a rather huge opportunity in all, and on a Worldwide scale even <as with Mali, capable of being applied really, to just about any endeavour really, or even, anything in general too really>. Sex: While it was proposed above, that engaging in Humourous activity of any kind really <but conversational especially>, can help one, deal, with Sex based issues in all really, it is however proposed too that <as

with becoming Sexual even, and in a cultural manner truly>, that the Swahili in all <as with mainly, Swahili Youth, and, young Swahili Women really>, in all truly too, become, Cultural Investigators. Cultural Investigators <and not Anthropologists either really>, can be associated, with the field even, of Data Mining, but, with the Data mined here, being not Data <as many Business Culturalists might state in all>, but in all actually, Swahili Wisdom, in the form of the Puzzle, Trick, or Riddle even <as with the example even, of the Kitendawili really>. It is in all, believed and known, that the Swahili, own a huge Wealth/Store, of this Knowledge, and that while in many ways too, one can define Sexuality as with the above <Puzzle, Riddle or Trick>, having a working Knowledge Base of all this, can be applied even, to Data Mining, as with in all, helping solve really, not only Social problems, but also, Social based problems, highly based around, Order, of any kind really. In many ways for instance, this can best parlayed, in Magazine publishing <and even too, all kinds or forms really, of Magazines (from Car/Mechanics magazines, to even, Business Magazines too really)>. Money: While it was proposed above, that the best way really, of dealing with Money issues in all, is in all really, based around developing, ones Physical/Body Images, it can be said too again, that the Swahili in general, can improve on all this, by engaging, in the development, of Religious Literature really. This though, can be done, in a rather different manner <and highly interesting>, as with defining, such Literature, not on, Religious, Social or Political Order even, but actually really, on defining, the concepts of the Game/Gaming, Options/Structures and Willpower in all too, as seen in society, and in a rather, Religious manner really. This in many ways, can involve even, the making of Films, Theatre, or even too, Counseling really <and as with even, creating Games, such as Monopoly, to teach people, all about really, Options even, or even too really, gaming/interaction >. In many ways too, it is deemed, that Swahili Youth, are highly capable, of engaging, in all this too really. Status: Above again, it was proposed, that dealing with issues of Status, can be in all, be dealt with really too, by not only, engaging in Nature itself, but also too, in reading really, Wisdom based Philosophical Works. Even then really, it can be postulated too that, the Swahili in general, can improve on all this, by engaging in, the creation, of Religious Media <and as a form too really, of Popular Media >. To explain this better, is to know, that most Religious Media out there, is in the form, of News Media <and highly based, on defining, right/wrong, manners, habits etc.>. What though is proposed here, is a Religious Media, highly based, not on advising really, but actually, on dealing with ideas perhaps, based on, reconstructing, reforming, or even, restoring, a person or thing even <as with an Institute, or Company even>. In

many ways, a rather psychological even, way of thinking, and as compared, to sociological thinking <as with sociological thinking about, defining right/wrong, habits, manners etc.><and this in all too, based primarily on, Swahili Humour really>. In all again too really, the above, is deemed as a rather proper even, method <or way really>, of keeping, Swahili Youth busy, but also too, as a way really even, of training, Swahili Youth too, in becoming, in all really too, proper Swahili <as with defining a Swahili person, based heavily around, being in all really, a Mathematical Logician>.

Political Organization:
As with stating above perhaps, that in all, the Bajuni be responsible, for Political Organization in all, for the Swahili, it is also believed in all possible too, that the Bajuni, engage in two further activities, as with they in all, being responsible, for creating perhaps, a Popular Public and Social Image, for the Swahili. These two activities, are deemed as follows: Diplomacy: The belief, that the Swahili in all, being even, a Nationality to themselves at the very least <if not a world>, then they too really, should in all too, be responsible, for creating, their own, Diplomatic channels really. In many ways, it is believed, that the Swahili, having powerful friends all over <and highly-esteemed even>, as the proper way really, for dealing with even, all forms, of Diplomatic issues really <with these powerful friends, not only prominent businessmen for instance, but also for instance, Religious Leaders, or even, a Nobel Prize winner too really>. An easy way, for the Swahili, to improve their image, abroad, and also too, create all forms, of Defence Systems, they can easily adhere too, in times of danger even <and as with the Bajuni themselves, responsible, and rather creatively too even, for creating, Popular Public and Social Images, for the Swahili really, who in all, prefer, to live actually, Private lives in general>. Managerial Services: It is known and said perhaps, that the Swahili in all, are rather, Trustworthy people, and by all accounts really. In running a Business, Company, or Organization even, many who do start such endeavours, do realize, that they have huge even, trust issues, as pertaining really, to management itself <and the never ending question, of whom, to trust truly (with ones money even)>. It is believed, that the Bajuni really, can in all, provide, excellent Managerial Services, to even powerful Companies <such as Sony>, by realizing truly perhaps, that Managerial Services, are not only about Trust, but also, Competence in all <as with even, a prominent businessman, taking, a holiday break, for

over one year really>. The reason why the Bajuni, are deemed totally appropriate for all this, is because, of the lifestyles, they do engage in, which are in many ways too, rather Clergical in nature <as with a Diplomat even>. In many ways, it is not only, the Trust or Competence believed, to be associated with the Bajuni, deemed here rather worthy, but also in all really, their rather high Communicative skills <as with their abilities even, to solve a problem, rather instantly even>.

Economic Organization:
Stated above again, it was in all said, that the Miji Kenda in all, have truly perhaps, been always associated, with, Economic Organization amongst the Swahili really. Here though again really, is recommended, that the Miji Kenda, engage in some Governmental Efforts, which in many ways, will compliment truly, their, Aptitudes, and as Farmers really. In many ways too, this speaks of, three main Efforts really: Aid Agencies: It is believed, that the Miji Kenda, have the skills and aptitudes really, to deal with, the problems, that tend, to afflict really, Aid Agencies: Emergencies, Situations and Disasters even. Work, in many ways truly, as with the Police or Fire Brigade even, highly needed, in not only, Kenya today, but also, Africa in itself really, and probably too, most, of Asia even. Can be done perhaps really too, from the perspective, of Insurance Companies really. Socialist Networks: The speak here, of Socialist Networks, in many ways truly, speaks of, an Organization perhaps, specifically associated with Publishing, and in all, publishing too, based on all forms really, of Humanitarian efforts/news <from Field Reports, to Investigative Journalism (including websites like Reddit), and in all too, the very field, of Research Publishing really>. At the very least, this involves even, publishing Magazines, like New African, in regions like Asia <in all really, Publishing associated, with issues based around, the Affecting, of things really>. Non-Profit Organizations (NPO): Non-Profit Organizations are in many ways really, perceived often, as efforts really, to donate or give freely even, when someone in all, has plenty. For the Swahili though, it might be best perhaps, to re-interpret all this, along the lines really, of Learning/Education measures. What this means is that, Learning about the World today, is perhaps really, not best done, from, Texts. Texts can be explanative, but in a World today, highly based on the explainable, one does find, that different approaches <alongside the Text too really>, must be taken. In some parts of the World, this involves,

participating for instance, in a Seminar <as with the Explainable, highly based, on what can be termed, as being, Confusing>. What then is asked of here though, are two efforts really; first off, is the very concept of the Center, as an easy way really, to learn directly, about, ones World <and as with the Confusing even> <for instance really, Health Centers, have more knowledge really, of the health, of any given people, compared really, to Hospitals> <for Hospitals, only treat or cure, while Health Centers do in all, Diagnose something, and not simply do Tests (as do Hospitals), with Diagnosis too, heavily based on, Research itself really>. Second off, is perhaps the use, of Knowledge, accumulated via Health Centers, to create in all <not Education Centers really> <with Education Centers too, places, where students seek to learn in all, something specific really, as with asking the Teacher/proff., direct questions really (which too, can be published, in the form perhaps, of a Dummies book)>, but really actually, what they do term, Forums <as not only, with the Internet Forum for instance (and Internet Education too), but also, Congressional Meetings, of all kinds really> <The Forum too, as just explained, is the only true place really, to learn about, the Explainable (or the Confusing really too)>. Hopefully, as with imaginative abilities really, this is rather coherent too, that in all really, we do truly now, live a lot even, in an Explainable World, and not, Explanative <and as with a Text really too> <and the world too even, as with the Explainable, of Individual cases really>.

Religious Organization:
With regards really, to Religious Organization, and with this too, not only being under the Shirazi, but also too really, with regards, to introducing Ottoman Islam <to the Swahili lands, and a way of introducing too, a general new kind, of Swahili Architecture>, it is recommended, that atop all this <as with it, truly augmenting it even>, are certain disciplines perhaps, that would go very well with all this <as with making, the Swahili lands, rather, highly even, cultural really>. Healing Arts: One does find, that the general Health, of the Swahili <as it is believed already, perhaps well met>, can be probably, enhanced, in a more interesting way. This speaks of really, using Islam/Islamic Symbols, that in many ways, are protective and preventive, in their ways; <we are actually here, talking of Symbols, that can actually, not only, maintain ones health, but also really, heal one, simply, just by looking at them, or even, simply, having one around them really>. In many ways too, why this is recommended, is because, it can allow, for Swahili life in general, to be more rather cultural and dramatic even, with knowing perhaps really, that not only, are these

Symbols, of the healing kind really <as with prevention itself even>, but also in general, influence, one to act, at the very least, mystically. Islamic Divination: It is known, that the Swahili, have their own conception, of God, in the form, of Mungu really. Mungu at the very least, as with worshipping him, in all, induces in one, all forms, of, premonitions, hindsight, and foresight even really. This in many ways too, probably does go well along, with Swahili/Islamic Divination Oracles, as with this truly, speaking of, one, having the Courage, to do, just about anything really, they so wish to do <that all truly, as with life itself, and the future/beliefs in all, can be possible>. Jinni Spirit worship: It is known, that the Swahili, do actually in all, engage <or have engaged>, in Jinni Spirit worship <and not, Jinni Beings either>. A proper way perhaps, to understand this worship, is to understand perhaps, the very kind of problems, that tend, to wreck really, Swahili lives in general <as with one, not being too careful about, anything really, and ones actions too, have rather wide, ramifications in all>. This is due, to the very fact, that with regards, to the major problems perhaps, Swahilis do face, they in all really, are capable, of turning, into disasters, situations <longstanding>, or even, emergencies really. It is here too it is believed or known that <as with warnings even>, that Jinni Spirit worship actively even, does come into play. This in all, does conclude, in many ways, whom, the Shirazi are, as the very core/center/heart really, of the Swahili world <and as with this too, speaking of them really, as being, the most powerful members perhaps, of the Swahili really, and as with they really perhaps, truly in all, generally defining, Swahili Behaviour/Psychology, based, on the three above>.

A Proposal for a Legal Swahili Framework:

This section, speaks of, a rather troubling perhaps, problem, that faces, the Swahili. The very problem perhaps, of how, to view oneself, in a World, that asks us, to view ourselves, very limitedly really <as with basically even, a Country ID really too>. The Swahili today, perhaps in all, view themselves somewhat <Politically that is>, as described, at the very beginning of this Document: The Swahili Language: As made African perhaps, by Historians and Ethnographers, who have little, or no knowledge truly, of the Swahili.

Skin & Hair: And the belief really, that the Swahili, being lighter skinned in all, and having, straightened hair somewhat, are of, Arab ancestry in general. Swahili History: As they having had, created in all really, the Swahili Civilization, which today, is deemed, rather dead, due to the false belief, it was all truly, heavily, based on, Merchant Trade really <and as with Merchant Trade today really, highly strongly regulated even, by all forms, of stringent, International Law really>. Thats how many, today, do view, the Swahili <in a Political, and Legal manner too also>. At the most really, the Swahili viewing themselves, as above, and also too, with regards, to our present, Worldly, Political states <which in many ways, speaks of those, in the World today, having, the highest standards of living, as Nationals in all>, then the Swahili perhaps, cannot aspire much, than to be, Kenyan, Tanzanian, or Omani even, Nationals really. This section though, will attempt to have, the Swahili, see themselves, from another new way/manner, that is in all, highly adaptive, as with this too, helping in all, not only make, the Swahili Non-African too really, but also, very much Swahili in all <and perhaps even, not Arab either really too>. It in many ways speaks of, knowing that, while the World, is highly organized, based on the Country <with the highest levels of attainment, associated with becoming in all, a National, of one kind or another>, the Swahili on the otherhand, have always truly, been what, one could call, a world really. This in all too, the world that is, speaks of, Political Entities, independent in themselves, but connected to each other, very much, along the lines, of a Decentralized Network <and similar really too, to Mobile/Wireless Networks really>. What though, constitutes, a Political Entity here, does differ, with them in all, being either Religious, Social, Political, and even, Economics based. Today in many ways though, the Swahili, organizing themselves, as based on Political Entities, speaks of, organization really, very much Social in nature. This though, is not the best way, to create a world today, as Political Entities really of the Politics kind too, are actually really, the most favourable, for the Swahili in all <and not, those deemed Religious either even> <this in many ways too in all, goes well hand-in-hand, as with actually musing all this really, with Political Structures, highly based, on the world, of Java Systems Programming, and, Sun Microsystems products too even> <hopefully, this is understood really, by saying, that the Swahili in all, can organize themselves, as a world, based around really, Politics based Political Entities, similar to those, that use, Sun Microsystems products in all> <this including too, a University, very much, like Stanford University>. A rather legitimate

way, for the Swahili in all, to create, presences, all over the World <and a World too, highly defined as with restrictions even, by International Law really>. This section though, does not speak specifically of this really, but actually, of creating, a Legal Framework, for the Swahili, which in all, can be used too, to have, others, identify very much, the Swahili, in a certain manner really. A Legal Framework too really, to tie together, the different Swahili peoples, as with they truly, operating and connecting with each other really, around, this Legal Framework <which is here, presented, in a proposed form only>. It is proposed perhaps, that the Swahili, divide themselves <and as a world truly too>, along the lines, of, the following Political/Cultural Units really: Wahhabism: It is here proposed that, the basic Swahili Family Unit, be based around, Wahhabism <and this too really, as with conceptualizing the Swahili Family that is, fall under the responsibility, of the Miji Kenda>. Swahili Nations: The very concept, of the Nation, is highly associated too, with that, of the Flag. In many ways really, the manifestation truly, of Swahili Nations <as being City based, or even Country based too really>, should highly be based around, the Flag. This too, should be seen perhaps, as the primary way, for the Swahili, to perceive themselves in all, as being, rather Independent in name and nature. from other peoples in general really. What this calls for, as with the Swahili having been Sailors in the past, and with the concept perhaps, of the Flag based Nation, is for, the Swahili to organize themselves, as a kind, of Navy Unit perhaps <as with this, talking of, the uniting, of different Families together> <and as with the concept of the Navy itself, highly based, around the Flag too really>. In many ways, this too speaks of, not only the fact really, that African Families, are rather Army like in their ways but also too, generally influencing really, creativity and competitiveness too, amongst the Swahili. Speak of Creativity and Competitiveness, speaks of really too, what they do term, Flagship <as with in all really too, materiality, one would associate really, with a Navy> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flagship In many ways too, as with conceptualizing the Nation, it is believed in all, that the Bajuni, be responsible really, for all this.

Swahili Language: The Language of the Swahili <termed here perhaps, Kiswahili>, should be in all, be seen, as the main, Governing Tool, of the Swahili themselves <and not, Law books, or Country based Institutions either>. In many ways, this primarily even, calls for the Swahili, to be associated, with their own perhaps, Kadhi Courts, and also in all realizing too that, the Swahili Language, has to be Institutionalized, in one way or another <as with the creation, of Legal Speech really (and in all too also, Legal Terms even)>. In many ways, as with asking, that all this be under, the Shirazi <and they in all dictating too, how really truly, the Swahili Language, should be spoken>, it is here advised too, that the Swahili in all <and for legal reasons too really> <and to be explained below again really too>, acquaint themselves, with two other Languages, and for Political reasons too really: Bahraini English, and, Portuguese. The reason for this, as with Governing again, will be given, far below really. Swahili Sovereignty: The belief, that the Swahili, should be allowed, to rule over themselves, is highly acquainted, with not only, past Swahili History <and in all too even, the Swahili City-States>, but truly again, with a belief that, the Swahili, are in all truly, believed, to be rather Wealthy enough <as with regards even, to Knowledge Accumulation>, to in all, rule over themselves. Yet though, what is called upon here, as being different, is that, while Swahili City-States, were rather highly Political <as with a Ruling Political Class even>, and highly too, based on, Merchant Trade even, it is now though believed <as with the Swahili having accumulated, great Wealth even>, and the fact, that Merchant Trade now, belongs in many ways, to a World, different from that of yesterday <as with Air Cargo really even>, that the Swahili in all, revert, from the City-State model, to the Sovereignty Model, as with really, replacing perhaps, its Ruling Political Classes, with a Political Elite Class really <and highly based too, on Titles, one would associate, with Sovereignty really>. In many ways truly, as with Knowledge/Wealth Accumulation, it is believed perhaps best, for the Swahili, to engage in all kinds really, of Knowledge Management, as a way truly, of creating, Political based Existences <as with even, within Kenya too really> <and not only, along, the Swahili Coast> <the days, of the Swahili City-States, as with a history perhaps, too painful to forfeit even, can perhaps be said, to be over, and as with, the times really>. Swahili Institutes: The concept, of the Institute, might seem, rather new in all, for the Swahili in some ways <as with ways even, of organization really>. This though, as with the Private Institute for instance <or Private Club even>, speaks of, what some do term, Swahili communities <or Swahili Agents too really>, and in all, peoples associated truly, with the Swahili, and in the form of, operations, or work even truly <as with the belief, they know, the Swahili generally, and are

in all, employed really, by them>. In many ways too really, those often termed by many perhaps, Mtu wa Bara, and are in many ways too really, Agents for the Swahili, and with regards perhaps really too, to most forms, of Technicalities really. It is recommended in some ways too that, these people be associated, with a Swahili Institute in all really < including too even, the Private Club really>, and are in all to be molded, as such really < with these Institutes, best really too, Political in all> <as with even, a Religious Sect too really, and along the lines truly too, of a Sufi Sect really>. In some ways again, as perhaps with controversy, it is advised, that Portuguese even, be used, as the formal Language here, as in many ways, those associated with Swahili Institutes, are not, truly, real Swahili <as with learning truly, how to communicate closely, with the Swahili themselves> <they being people too in all, one would communicate, in a stating manner really> <on the otherhand, an uncommon Swahili dialect even, could be used here too really>. Swahili Religious Bodies: This perhaps, best be perceived, as the newest introduction, to Swahili Culture <and the Swahili People themselves really>.They in all, should be seen, as being, at the very heart, of the Swahili world itself <as with in all, they being highly, private, in their ways even>. This is suggested because, the Shirazi, might have, a rather hard time, uniting, the Swahili in all, in a Swahili world perhaps, where various Swahili groups, might not be quick, to adhere really, to Shirazi Instructions <as with the very idea even, of the Kadhi Courts really>. In many ways, this speaks off too really, regulating harmonious relations even, not only, between different Swahili groups really, but also, within the Swahili themselves, as based on really, Age, Gender, or even, Racial Identity too <and the very fact, that while, the Shirazi are in all, the Law making group, amongst the Swahili there are indeed, Miji Kenda, who are more intelligent really, than, other Shirazi>. In all, this truly speaks of, Order <as with the Shirazi again, responsible, for Law amongst the Swahili and, Swahili Sovereignty, speaking of, Swahili Rule really>, and as with really, Order that is, about, Regulation, in the Swahili world <and to in all, work smoothly really>. It is advised perhaps too also, that the Swahili, invite the Mohammedan Sect found/seen in Bahrain or Qatar, to in all, help head, some Swahili Religious Bodies, responsible, for all forms, of Order really. In all, it is however advised perhaps, that there actually, be, three kinds really, of Swahili Religious Bodies, that in all, advise, the Swahili, with regards to Advancement, Progress and Development too really. In many ways too again, this speaks of, three main groups really: Swahili Religious Clerics (and Advancement issues), the Mohammedan Sect

(and not only, Progress issues really, but also too really, everyday runnings too, of the Swahili world), and finally, the Shiraz (and Development issues really). Hopefully, it can be seen, that Swahili Religious Clerics, are to be associated, with in all, advancing the Swahili world, and the Mohammedan Sect, with the efficient running, of any Swahili endeavour really, and the Shiraz, with new Ideas in all really too, and of the Development kind really <which speaks of really too, the spotting of opportunity perhaps that in all, the Swahili, can take advantage of (as with the case truly of being, an Analyst, or even too truly, a Technical Analyst really)>. To make this, all rather concrete, as with they truly, being able, to be formed right now, a form of organization, once seen, in Portugal, might be of great assistance here <and as described, much above really, in this Document>. It is in many ways too, a four-part organization <and as with spiritual practices even>, to in all, truly know, whom, the Swahili Religious Clerics, the Mohammedans, and Shiraz, truly are <and in one way, or another really too>. Four-part organization really, to be used <and as with inspiration really too>, to deal, with issues, of Advancement, Progress, and Development in all. In boldly saying, that with regards, to the Swahili Religious Clerics <and issues of Advancement>, the following practices, which truly perhaps, are a part, of the Swahili Religious Clerics, be in all, implemented: 1. Educative Measures: Educative in all, is a term, that refers, to changing the Behaviour, of a Person <and believedly, the only education perhaps really, that the Swahili, truly need>. What this means, the ability, to change a persons behaviour really, is that, they can in all too, become, rather excellent students, simply by knowing, how to trudge along, on anything, studied really <and privately too even>. In many ways, this already exists, in the form truly, of Swahili Taarab Music <which is in all, Educative Music really> <Educative, and not, Educational (as with helping one), or even, Educating really (as with stimulating, righteousness in all too really)>. 2. Goddess worship: In alignment really, with the very fact, that, the Swahili, have worshiped Water/Ocean Spirits, and with regards really too, to being Enlightened, it is believed too really, that the worship, of the Goddess Isis, be along too really, the lines, of making, the Swahili, an International people really. 3. Jinni Beings: The belief in all, that the Swahili, are truly acquainted, with the worship, of Jinni Angel Beings <and different, from Jinni Spirits>, with they perhaps in all, being associated too, with how to in all perhaps, best evolve, and based around really,

Advancement in itself <as with this, known to the Swahili, but really, difficult, to speak about really>. 4. Swahili Ancestors: They in all, being responsible, for motivating, the Swahili in general, to unite really, the true Swahili (Miji Kenda, Shirazi, and Bajuni>, all together <and with they too, promoting peace and harmony really, amongst the Swahili themselves>. With regards again, to the Mohammedan Sect <and Progress issues> <and in all too really, making the Swahili, rather cultural even>, the following four-part organization, is recommended even, as with it truly too, adding, to Swahili life in general: 1. Mohammedan Instruction: To in all, not only make, the Swahili <and the Mohammedans themselves>, Educated <and in the form really, of the Educational>, but also too in all, introduce, a Body of Knowledge, into Kenya perhaps even, that is highly, beneficiary <the Educational, and issues really too, of help, assistance, and aid even> <or what, was called in another document, sent to the readers, E-Government>. 2. Prophet Muhammed: As a way truly, for the Swahili even <and not only, the Mohammedan Sect members>, to be, truly Enlightened. 3. Islam Sainthood: As with they, helping in all, with all matters, of Progress really <and even, as with they being, good thinkers really>. 4. Islam Jinni Angels: To in all, help with the development, of Intellectual Capital perhaps, to help really, with the everyday runnings even, of the Swahili world really. All the above again, is truly stated, in a tentative manner, as with this truly in all, being rather, workable really <and as really again, with everyday living even> <everyday duties, responsibilities, and roles that is>. Finally, we have the Shiraz <and Development issues again> <and in all too, helping perhaps, transform, Swahili lives> <as truly again, with whats possible really, or within reach, of one>, the following then, fourpart organization, is perhaps, recommended in all really: 1. Jesuit Instruction: Perhaps believed, rather outlandish, this truly though, speaks of, Educating one really <as with stimulating righteousness in one>, based on, what they do term, Wells of Knowledge <or even, instant remedies or corrections, to ones ways really>. Hopefully, this is not seen, limitedly, as it being

only, Religious Instruction, but that actually, a person acquainted, with Jesuit Instruction, can tell one, if any idea, they do hold, is really, good or not. That in many ways, are the basic duties, of Shiraz. 2. Marian Worship: As the kind of worship, highly associated, with Enlightening one, based truly perhaps, on correcting them really. This does not deal, with Swahili Law/Language or even, Swahili Rule truly, but perhaps really, more or less private problems, such as Swahili Social Image problems really <and Social discord in general>. 3. Islam Mystics: As with they truly, helping in all, truly raise, Swahili Living Standards, and Qualities of Life even, by in all, promoting, certain lifestyles <and probably too really, a role to clash, with Swahili Women in general>. In general though, and as an example really, I believe I can tell the Swahili, whats best for them <right> now, by perhaps stating, that they actually engage, in the following three primary sporting activities: Beach Volleyball, Board Games, and finally, Group based Meditative Music listening <and in a rather, open space too really> <with all these three, done intermittently, and not, regularly>. 4. Islam based Djinn worship: The very idea, of Djinn worship <as seen even, in the Arabian Nights>, is controversial to many, but perhaps best probably seen <as with it being understood really>, from the perspective that, the Djinns truly, are the source, of any great Idea, one thinks up in general. In many ways too, this falls along the lines, of being an Analyst really. As with regards, to centering the Shirazi, with regards to the above <Swahili Religious Bodies>, it is proposed, that the use, of Bahraini English <and Legalized too even>, be made, at the very heart of all this too really. This all again, is a rather tentative plan, but with it too, really possible, of adding richly, to Swahili life <as described above really, with regards, to the various Political Entities, and the Swahili world in general> <and as with recognizing truly too, that the Swahili, are more of a world really, than a Community/People perhaps, and that in all too really, the cultural needs/demands, of a world, are not only high really too, but needed too truly, to maintain, the world, as a functionable unit really>. In all truly again, as with this truly all being rather functionable, is to know, it all operates truly <as with ideas from the Djinn>, based around, Oracle/Java/Sun Microsystems systems really too, and, Mobile/Wireless Networks really <and that in all, as with the imagination really, one can imaginatively see all this (working together), based

around, the two mentioned physical infrastructure above> <as with the idea truly even, of Advancement in all, being based around, what they do term, Data Warehousing, and even truly too again, Oracle Solaris based Software really>.

A PROPOSED LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR RECOMPENSATION: A lot, has been written, to the Swahili <and their Esteemed Members really>, on all forms, of opportunities, to be had, in Kenya, and overseas even. In many ways too, alongside really perhaps, this new Document, one wonders perhaps <as with the ideas offered, rather workable too, and on a small-scale really>, how one, should be recompensated really, if, recompensated at all even. In many ways, to begin this off, is to state, that I am somewhat really, readily, acquainted, with Swahili History. Furthermore, as with a revelation to me <based on prayers too>, I have been made to know, that I am actually, of Swahili Heritage really. Having said all this too, is to know that, I readily identify, as a Shiraz really. Having said all this perhaps too again, is to speak of really, what would be a workable even, Recompensation plan, for in all too, being generally accepted, as being Shiraz, by the Swahili themselves. In many ways, one does find that, most Recompensation plans in general, can take, three main forms really: 1. Infrastructural 2. Cultural 3. Institutional

The first form, Infrastructural, speaks in many ways really, of not only taking <generally speaking that is>, Oil prices, into account, but also, the general Infrastructure <Products and Services>, a place in all <as with place of residence even>, has to offer. In all, it does speak too of, offering one, Monetary recompensation, and having one in all too, spend it <around the Infrastructure>, as wisely, as one truly can <and in many ways too, a way of life, idealized, in America really>. The second, Cultural, speaks of taking, the Cultural needs/demands, of another, as with recompensating them really, based here, on defining the Cultural, along the lines too really, of Communications, or Politics even <as with the example even, of if one, parties often through the week, or even really, if one travels far often, to meet, a Lover perhaps really>. In many ways, taking into account too perhaps, Food prices <and other such, general expenses even> <and as having to do perhaps, with Quality really, and not Quantity issues> <a way of life too, heavily associated once, not only with Kenya even, but with New York, and Europe too really>. The third form of recompensation, Institutional, is believed, to be perfect even, for me, and as a Shiraz. It in all speaks off, the Swahili, providing for one, based highly, on a workable, Legal plan really. What this means, as with Knowledge Accumulation, is that, the first two forms, of measuring success in Kenya, are in all, rather redundant <as with Kenya, lacking proper Infrastructure in all, and whose Culture too in many ways, has fallen significantly, since even really perhaps, the Seventies really>. The third form of recompensation though, Institutional, speaks perhaps, of what, my Legal needs in Kenya, really are <e.g. as with having access even, to a good lawyer>, and that, by being Shiraz in all too really <or working truly, for the Swahili as such>, that I am in all <if what has been sent to the Swahili is deemed rather worthy>, to be Institutionalized perhaps really, as based really on, offering me, adequate Legal Services really <from Housing, to Lawyers, Transport/Travel, or even, Purchasing channels too really> <for example even, if I was to see, a good book on Amazon.com which I could order, from the Middle East perhaps then, I believe, I could probably use Swahili Purchasing channels, for all this, as with Kenya truly, lacking, any good kind of Infrastructure in all mainly>. To me again, this form of Recompensation, Institutional, is in all perhaps, the very best, due in all perhaps too again, to the difficulties in all, in probably even, valuing, what I have written about really. It again I believe, is rather simple to set up <as with even right now truly>, as with It, consists of two things really:

1. A Deployment Center: As with it in all, being a Center truly, offering not only me, but other Shiraz even, Legal Services, and of all kinds really too. A place, I can call, to ask about Transport/Travel, or even, Lawyer services if needed. In many ways too, a way believed, rather efficient, productive, and even cultural, for living in general, within Kenya itself. In all too, as with the Recompensation plan itself really, it simply speaks of me, writing down perhaps, what my Legal needs are in all truly. 2. Communications center: This, to be associated with me really too, would consist perhaps, of a Computer/Internet, Cellphone, or even too really, a Credit Card too. In many ways, I would consider this, a rather liveable plan for Kenya even, as I am a person in all, who does not move too much around, and also as with work even, believe truly perhaps, in being Self-Employed really. A basic way of living, that works rather greatly in a Kenya, with Infrastructure problems really, and even, significant Societal problems too <as with Kenya today really, lacking, Culture in all really>. In many ways again, two further points really; first, the Deployment Center in all, can be for instance associated, with a Religious House, such as a Msikitini even. Second, as with regards though, to simply living again, I dont mind moving away from Nairobi, and living even, in Naivasha really <where things even, are rather cheap>, as Nairobi, is rather too problematic in all <as in many ways too, the Housing for instance to accompany all this really, would be, highly Communications based too> <what this means is that, living around a Religious/Health Center/Complex <as with one offering too really, Holistic Health practices even, and even too again perhaps, Religious Instruction>, and in all too also, serving too as, a Deployment Center really <and in all, as with Kenya too really, a rather sustainable way of living truly, and not too different from the way, some Kenyan Indians do live around, Raja Yoga Centers really> <with my perceiving this truly even, to be much better really, than owning or living in, a Mansion, within Kenya or Nairobi itself really>. In many ways too, and as a conclusion really, it can perhaps be noted that, the first form of recompensation, Infrastructure that is, and the second, Cultural, are in many ways best suited really, for those, who deem themselves to be, truly Kenyan really <Cultural>, and those, who see themselves as somewhat really, Outsiders to Kenya <Infrastructure>. The third, Institutional, can be used by the Swahili really, to create, rather sustainable and highly liveable even, living existences within Kenya, for those Kenyans deemed in all, rather prominent in one way or another <as with even, outsiders to Kenya whom are prominent in their ways really, wanting, to find a home in Kenya truly>.
