Basic things to be noted.

1. Check AC input voltage in the AC Mains.

It should be in between 390 Volts to 440 Volts only.
It will not operate above 440 volts AC.
2. Check the neutral and earth connection. There should not be any loose contact.
3. Voltage in-between Neutral and Earth should be below 5 Volts only.
4. Check the Voltages and Fuses in the protection unit.
5. Check the voltages before and after AC contactor.
6. Remove the dust in the modules for at least once in 15 days.
7. Test discharge the batteries to check their condition for every 15 days.
8. Check the condition of the modules daily. It is advisable to switch over modules
daily.
9. Check the fuses of the battery banks daily.
