PART III
6.1.1 CONTRACTOR shall submit a schedule of rates for each category of staff
to be utilised to perform the SERVICES. The rates inserted below shall
be those used in the compilation of the CONTRACT PRICE. These rates
will be used for evaluation of CONTRACT VARIATIONS.
6.1.2 The hourly rate shall be the fully inclusive charge including, but not
limited to, salaries, taxes, insurances, all overtime payments including
weekends, offices and office equipment, computer and bureau costs,
hardware/software programming, administration charges, supervision,
management, medicals, holidays, overheads, transport. Safety
clothing/equipment, profits, and any other costs charges and expenses
not specifically detailed. The rate will apply only to those hours actually
worked.
6.1.3 The rates shall be for a daily work schedule of 8 hours per day, 6 days
per week.

The following tabulated charges are unit costs for the supply of prints/plastic
transparencies/microfilms, extra to those specified in the CONTRACT. These
unit rates shall be those used for compiling the CONTRACT PRICE.
