Philadelphia port, USA on October 21, 2011 will be delayed by 7 days. Eventually it will
arrive at Chittagong on October 28, 2011. I hope you are well aware about how much trouble
it will cost the company because oI this delay. I will sincerely advice you that you should
start all the Iunctional processing that is needed Ior our company to make insurance claim
against all kind oI damages caused by this delay. Also, I think you need to work on the
selection process oI shipment agencies and improve it Iurther more so that possibility oI such
incidents reduces. For this purpose, one advice can be to make continuous inquiries about the
reputation and current market status oI the shipment agencies so that better selection can be
done in Iuture. I hope immediate steps will be taken by you regarding these Iacts.
