HRD DATA TO BE MAINTAINED

1. List of all existing employees with full details to be kept systematically. 2. All employees files to be kept systematically and master file to be maintained with location. 3. All HRD files to be maintained systematically and master file to be made. Out-dated papers and files to be removed. 4. List of left employees to be made with details including contact numbers. 5. List of joined employees with full details. 6. Leave record to be maintained regularly. 7. Overtime record to be maintained daily basis. 8. Increment record to be maintained. 9. Ensuring proper implementation of suggestion scheme and data to be maintained. 10.CTC vs Turnover data from April 2010 to be maintained with comparison. 11.Salary preparation data (month wise). Any change in the salary, any deletion, any addition to be documented and approved. 12. Details of all legal payments to be documented, such as PF payment, ESI payment, etc. 13. Data of about 20 shortlisted workmen with their mobile numbers so that we can call them in case of vacancy. 14. Details of bonus paid to existing & left employees to be maintained. 15. Training calendar and data to be maintained.
