This is the docket report for the Superior Court action Stegeman.McDonald v Wachovia Bank/Wachovia Securities, etc. The case dismissed although Wachovia admitted that all allegations were true. They said that they could not have committed computer fraud because they own the computers, the network, the system and the employees and no one acted without permission. Since Wachovia is a publicly traded company (or they were before they lost their ass), I seriously doubt the stockholders gave permission to change the names, address, and social security number on our accounts, allow access to our accounts and allow somewhere around $400,000 to disappear.
