Photo and Editorial Asst Keeping the pace of deadline and other aspects I have to go beyond my duties and

I have to place the pictures in respective pages in CCI after correction. It saves lots of time of the desk personals. This I am doing looking the company's philosophy to bring TOI in time in the market with value added effect.

Photo Assistant As on today I have become National assets by providing the pictures, pages and other requirements. I even coordinate from any place for example: recently I have coordinate with Delhi people when I was on leave in Kochi - Kerala. As the part of my job of picture archiving after giving appropriate caption and dates I am providing the old pictures from TOI Archive department in night time and on their weekly offs like Sundays after taking the keys from the security.

Photo Assistant B For Archiving the pictures I take extra effort and extra time to complete the backlog.

Job Knowledge I always add value to create new ideas to our job and also seek greater ideas in other area of my work to make a shortcut with better transparent method. I am always eager to update the new ideas and to get studies of new programmes implemented from time to time.

Personnal Keeping in my mind the pressure of my superiors and colleagues I never never never put any trouble to them and make their job easy by sacrificing my own time. Extra Personal work As my family have a great obligation to the BCCL I myself and my family try to increase the circulation in our area and possible in other areas wherever we stay for a while.
