DEBILITATED PLANETS AND CANCELLATION OF DEBILITATION Planets are considered to be debilitated when they are placed in the 7 sign

from their exaltation sign. Any planet, when it is in debilitation, causes great amount of anguish, pain, loss of memory, loss of health, diseases, diseases of abdominal region, perversion in sex, loss of self esteem and overpowering enemies. Also, it always makes the person a subject matter of falling pray to any kind of wrong situations and having a malechha interest respectively from Sun onwards for all the nine planets. Here the particular characteristic will have prominence only if a planet has got perfect debilitation. Here, what I mean by perfect debilitation is not exactly degree part.
th

Jupiter is exalted at 5 of Cancer. So, it is debilitated at 5 of Capricorn. If it crosses the 5th degree of Capricorn, the first point will be indicated as giving raja-yoga as far as Jupiter is concerned. Till it reaches the 5 of Capricorn, it would be considered approaching his debilitation point. Thus, its natural characteristics would get diminished. After the 23rd degree of Sagittarius, till 5th degree of Capricorn it will not be considered as very good, that is, in the nakshatra of Sun (Uttrashadha). Here, it would not be considered as very good though, in Sagittarius, it is in his mool-trikona sign. Being placed in the last degree of Sagittarius, it is approaching its debilitation point and he is not considered very good there. For any other planet, the mooltrikona and debilitation would not fall in consequent rashis. Only for Jupiter it is so. It is because, for kaalpurusha (dkyiq:"k), Jupiter is Dharmadhipati (/keZkf/kifr). Dharma, in kaliyuga (dfy;qx), would always be discounted for karmas. Kreta (srk) was the first yuga (;qx), then Treta (=ksrk), Dwapar (}kij) and last was Kaliyuga (dfy;qx). What is generally known as Satyuga (lr;qzx) is actually Kretayuga in which all the four dharmas were followed. Then, subsequently, it reduced to three, then two and now, in Kaliyuga, only one dharma is followed and Jupiter holds that one dharma. For karma, we discount our dharma. Suppose, we have to go early morning to somewhere, we will spare our pooja first of all to save some extra time. Whenever we come late at night from some party, we leave our pooja and postpone it to other day instead of leaving the party early as it may spoil the joy. That is why, for kalapurusha, dharmadhipati gets debilitated in karma house. it could have been there in other yuga also, but it is more prominent in Kaliyuga that we would be discounting our dharma and in given circumstances, we would not like to perform our dharma. If we get

quite sure that we are going to live for 90 years, come and we are not going to face any hardship, come what may, we will be so barberous that we will not fear even from God. To keep a shield over that, the dharma was kept as a prime thing and here Jupiter is debililtating just after his mool-trikona sign. This debilitation would have full effects only if it is not conjoined with the owner of that particular rashi, a planet getting exalted in that particular house or the owner of that rashi should not get exalted. Suppose, Jupiter is debilitated in Capricorn. Then he should not be conjoined with Saturn or Mars or Saturn should not be exalted in Libra. When all these three are applicable, then only one will have full debilitation of that particular planet. Now, the second condition is that if the debilitation falls in kendra from Moon then neechabhanga is indicated as far as ones mental capacity for that particular planet is concerned. One will not show his weaknesses as far as that particular planets indications are concerned. It will not be visible through a naked look. If it is in kendra from lagna then ones body will not be susceptible to the disease that would be indicated by that particular planet. A planet should not be debilitated; if it is debilitated, it should not be having neechabhanga. From rashi, lagnadhi & chandradhi kendras and thirdly it should not be aspected by a poorna-yogakarka or the lord of that house, then also neechabhanga is indicated. Neechabhanga in these cases would come in the form of help coming from others whenever the person is in trouble cost by that particular planet. He will take the help of others in other means to get his things done. So, three level of neechabhanga is there. Same way, cancellation of combustion has three types. A planet should not be exalted, it should not be aspected and it should not be in kendra as we did in neechabhanga. Only then a full combustion is indicated. Likewise, full debilitation of a planet should be there to give full effects of its debilitation. Again, if 6, 8 or 12th lord is debilitated, he will give good results. If 3rd lord is a benefic planet and is debilitated then also it will give good results. Likewise, debilitated Avyogi planet will also give rajayoga. Any malefic, negative planet in debilitation would give benefic results.
