CITYWIDE AUXILIARY POLICE PARTICIPATION IN THE ANNUAL HERITAGE OF PRIDE PARADE

1. The New York City Police Departments Gay Officers Action League (GOAL) has invited the members of the Auxiliary Police Program to march in the annual Heritage of Pride Parade on Sunday June 24, 2012. Accordingly, all auxiliary members are welcome to join in this event. 2. Members who wish to participate will report to Sergeant Draves, the Auxiliary Police Section Liaison as follows: DATE: REPORT TIME: Sunday, June 24, 2012 1130 hours

FORMATION AREA: 39th Street @ 5th Avenue UNIFORM: Authorized outer garment will be Summer Blouse, and regulation hat. If no Summer Blouse, auxiliary member may wear long sleeve shirt with tie. NO CARGO PANTS.

3.Uniform inspection will be conducted at the parade formation site. Any member who is not properly attired will not be allowed to march. 4. Auxiliary Police Coordinators and Auxiliary Police Commanding Officers will apprise members of their units of the contents of this bulletin and encourage active participation.
