1. Most high level jobs are done by men.

Should the government encourage a certain percentage of these jobs to be reserved for women Many studies have revealed presence of Glass Ceiling in the corporate world or even may be in the entire working world. I personally support removal of this distortion. However I am a bit wary of correcting the situation through introduction of another distortion i.e reservation. Those who do not employ will still comply to the reservation requirements by creating dummy positions . Because of reservation the position that will be awarded to a women will see more firing of women and far more excuses to not hire in the top level and more issue Correction can be by rewarding and recognition of the women in the job world . The biggest reason for a women is the maternity constraints that put a break in their career . if somehow this break can be neutralized and awarded this anomaly of disproportionate representation of women in the top rungs of the corporate ladder will be corrected to some extent 2. Are famous people treated unfairly by the media ? Should they be given more privacy, or is the price of their fame an invasion into their private lives? Media generally tend to takes sides .. making issues and arguemtns two ways . So to some or maybe most of the times it would be either Pampering or persecution by media rather than a balanced view. I do agree that they should be given more privacy but I also agree that their fame has this price of loosing privacy. The followers and detractors of the celebrities would like to know more and more. To supply to the demands of either of this segment is where the profit lies for a media business. To realize this profit , they will cross the line of invasion of the private lives which is most of the times so thin that it is non protectable legally. 3. India was the first to provide global standards education ( in English) however other countries like China, Japan, Germany had native language education but also developed industrial skills.
