Bag House Fabric Filters for Industrial Applications

TSE environment offers a range of structurally supported/freestanding/ insert- able type Pulse Jet Bag Filters and Reverse Air Bag Houses for various industrial applications in Cement, Steel, Ore Processing, Automobile, Rubber, Ceramic, Kiln, Millers etc. Basic Design: The basic design consists of the filtration elements housed in a casing. Below which placed a hopper with a discharge valve, to continuously remove the dust being collected on the fabric bags and supported from the ground on structural legs. Working Principal: The dust laden gases emission from industrial processes enters the strategically placed pulse jet bag filter from the bottom (depending upon the processes specification), which then treated by timed pulse of compressed air produced from air control manifold. The stage wise cleaning process makes sure the even cleaning of the impure air. The fabric bag fixed in the system takes in the dust particles being moved following the air circulation inside the filter, thus releasing the cleaned air from the exit point.

On Line: An online pulse jet bag-filter is commonly used where moderate dust particles are involved
and the gaseous volume is also not very large. As the name suggest an online bag-filter, works on in line function where bags are cleaned row by row, at the same time the dust laden gas is being filtered. The cleaning process is controlled automatically and the air pulse being generated to direct the air flow in the system. For maximum cleaning output holes are jig drilled for perfect alignment with the venturi centre.

Off Line: An Offline pulse jet bag-filter is used when the dust in gases is very light and fine. Offline
cleaning is suitable for light and fine dust where occurrence of fluidization is a distinct possibility. Generally the Offline Bag Filter is employed for larger gas volumes. An Off Line pulse jet bag filter incorporates the advantages of a pulse jet bag filter as well as reverse air bag-house filter. Each compartment is similar to an online pulse jet bag filter. The cleaning process consists of sequentially isolating each compartment and then cleaning the isolated compartment with compressed air.

Insertable: This type of filter systems is used where free standing bag filters is an expensive solution.
This involves isolated points in conveyors and similar functional material handling equipments. Space availability on ground is also an issue at times. Typically, these units are devoid of any hopper. The unit can be suitably positioned on the conveyor directly. On pulsing, dust falls back onto this conveyor, thus avoiding a need for a separate dust discharge hopper. Depending on the height of fall bag filters may be required one at the end of the discharging conveyor and one on the receiving conveyor.
