Andrews Technologies, Inc. (ATI) signed a contract with HRT Netherlands N.V.

(HRT) for the Design and Supply of four (4) Heli-Transportable Drilling Rigs for exploration blocks in operation in Solimes Basin, located in the state of Amazonia, Brazil.

Back in August 18th, 2011 Andrews Technologies, Inc. (ATI) signed a Letter of Intent with HRT Netherlands N.V. (HRT) and, after successful negotiations and elaboration of a final contract on September 15th, 2011, Andrews Technologies, Inc. (ATI) and its Joint Venture Partner, Sichuan Honghua Petroleum Equipment Ltd.(HH), signed the agreement for the Design and Supply of four (4) HeliTransportable Drilling Rigs for HRT's exploratory campaign in the Solimes Sedimentary Basin. The specially designed heli-transportable equipment allows the rigs to be assembled and disassembled in modules in order to be transported by helicopters to operate in areas of difficult access, like the Amazon region. The rigs have the capacity to drill up to a depth of four thousand meters. The first two rigs should arrive in the Shanghai Port, in China, in February, and the remaining ones in March of 2012. After this delivery, the equipment is expected to arrive in Manaus within approximately two months, ready to be transported to the Support Base, and later, to the drilling site.
