Introduction
The course develops the capacity of educators to provide educational leadership; manage educational resources; design organisational processes to maximise student learning; evaluate and develop teaching staff; liaise with government and related educational communities and organisations; plan, monitor and review educational policies and programs and implement change in educational organisations.

Course Requirements
Satisfactory completion of units at PG level totalling 24 credit points as described in options A, and B below. (a) Required units (6 credit points) (b) Restricted choice (18 credit points) as set out below. Admission Requirements
A first degree plus Graduate Diploma of Education or equivalent educational qualification or a four year Bachelor of Education or qualifications deemed equivalent by the University Admissions Committee. Applicants must also have a minimum of 2 years professional experience in educational context.
