ABSTRACT

When Network Clothing Company a Leading manufacturer of knitted garments wanted to understand its employees engagement level which includes the emotional attachment of the employees with the organisation, the ownership they showcase for the tasks allocated and the flow of communication in the chain of command A survey with a set of 24 questionnaire was conducted to collect the inputs from the employees working in various departments of the company. The Survey was conducted among 116 employees and the results collected were interpreted using statistical tools like Percentage Analysis, Graphs, Chi Square, Weighted Average Method and Correlation Analysis. The result of the analysis done showed majority of the employees have higher level of emotional attachment with the organisation and also show ownership for their allocated task. This was due to the better communicational flow within the Organisation and care shown by the Upper management towards the Employees.
