Nominations are now open for the Diaconate. If you wish to nominate a particular church member to become a Deacon at the Annual Church Meeting (May 9th), please see our Church Secretary, Martin Woolley in the first instance and he will tell you how to proceed. Nominations formally close 5th May.

A new monthly Welton Prayer Diary is now available. There are some copies in the foyer today but you can also print off your own if you wish from area of the web site. A big thank you to Chris Chinnery for taking on the task of compiling the Diary.

Thank you so much to all who gave so much for the bags given to the gypsy children in Maracesti, Romania last year. Kerin was able to make up over 200 bags at Christmas and now we are now collecting for Christmas 2013! We will be going to Romania on May 16th and hope to take two cases of gifts with us. Please could you let us have items to take over We need :Toothpaste, brushes, soap, coloured pencils, notebooks, pencil cases, hats, gloves, small toys such as cars and Macdonalds happy meal toys, etc. etc. Thank you once again for your generosity

We are now into our new teaching series Signs of Transformation. All the teaching will be followed up in our House Groups during the following week so if you cant make any of the Sundays dont forget that all six talks will be on our for you to listen again to. Just follow the Listen Again link from the home page. The talks are usually uploaded to the site between 24 and 36 hours after the talk has been given. Also on the you will find links to the slides which have been used as part of the talk.

Thanks to Chris Chinnery our new monthly prayer is available again and also on-line. The idea of the Prayer Diary is to inform people / organisations / groups of who to pray for on a regular basis. It performs a different function from the Church and House Group prayer chains and does not replace these. Prayer items are usually for important but non-urgent situations where we can petition / give thanks for specific groups or individuals...etc. Find it online in the area of the site.
If you are a tax payer and have not filled out a new please could you do it soon. There are more forms in the foyer today.
