I. Background of the Study.

The student information system which are proposing for the school of Colegio De San Gabriel Archangel which was the school that is privately owned. The student information system in the colegio de San Gabriel archangel is still in manual and. Ive learned that the manual student record was too slow, and too difficult for the school to manage at the reason of lacking in faculty members who are knowledgeable enough on handling and managing such as large manual files, record and folders. So it not easily to give the student record to the clients as far as they need because of the manual managing student record. In todays generation, I suggest or proposing a highly computerized technology aiming to enhance individual lifestyle and most especially in the world of business technology. It will make a useful system that can be used to facilitate the record of the student. The main goals in this project I to develop the system that they are using and make their easier to use the system and will help to reduce paper works.

II. Problem statements.

Easier way of recording the student information system, in managing operation undertaken by school. Help to reduce papers works. Lack of availability of space for the records. Make the staff easier to view the record of the student. Lacking in faculty members.

III. OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY.

The main objectives of the study re to easier to find the record of the student and make easier to manage the files of the said student, the system help to the authorize personnel such as professor, instructors and school administration to access it. According to the system they will easier to follow up the record of the student. And what courses they enrolled, what year it I and mot especially the background of the student, all of them are easier to access the system. This kind of system was secured the information of the student of the gabrielians.

To satisfy the clients for the system of student record. The system aimed to introduce the record of the student. The system must secure the profile of the student.

LIMITATION.
Only the administration staff that can access the system. This system is only in Colegio de San Gabriel archangel. The system can manage the student record only.

VI. SIGNIFICANT OF THE STUDY.

The important of this study may help the Colegio de San Gabriel Archangel to nurture up and the functionally of the school based on the performance of the student. And the student will also help us, as a student to be knowledgeable enough on entering the information technology fields is applying the learnings to actual performances inside or out of the school, most especially of the world on making a business technology.
