With Promptec LED lights KisaN Mouldings Limited will an nually save 1, 33,799 kWh i.e. Rs. 10 Lakhs per annum on their electricity bills . Promptecs 28W, 80W LEDs are specially designed for industrial lighting with max imum lumens, minimum power consumption and low maintenance cost. Promptec LED li ghts are designed at their own full-fledged Research and Development (R&D) cente r in Bangalore. These energy efficient LED lights of 56W and 80W replaces 134W a nd 200W conventional lights respectively. Well-designed LEDs are expected to last for 50,000 to 1,00,000 burning hours and coupling these LEDs with smart controls can extend its life span even further; unlike conventional lights which have to be replaced once every 18 months for co ntinuous 24 hours usage. Promptec installed 210 sets of LED lights each with 28 Wx2, and 12 Units of LED lights with 80W in KisaN Mouldings Limiteds manufacturin g plant at Tumkur. According to Mr. Rajesh Pajnoo, President, KisaN Mouldings Ltd, We have installed Promptec LED lights to turn environment friendly, by reducing 104 tonnes of car bon emission per year and at the same time saving on power consumption, which wi ll eventually lead to lower electricity bills. We will be saving Rs. 9.36 lakhs per annum on our electricity bills. Our LEDs will reduce the requirement on Grid by 42KW a year thus reducing their expenses on power consumption bills by Rs 9.36 Lakhs every year, also we reduced the number of lights, copper cable length and cable gauge to reduce the installation cost.
