NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT OF FINAL SALE HEARING On June 11, 2012, Eastman Kodak Company, Inc. (Kodak) and certain of its affiliates, as debtors and debtors in possession (collectively, the Debtors) filed the Motion for Orders (1) (A) Conditionally Authorizing the Sale of Patent Assets Free and Clear of Claims and Interests, (B) Establishing a Competitive Bidding Process and (C) Approving the Notice Procedures and (II) Authorizing the Sale of Patent Assets Free and Clear of Claims and Interests

The Debtors in these chapter 11 cases, along with the last four digits of each Debtors federal tax identification number, are: Eastman Kodak Company (7150); Creo Manufacturing America LLC (4412); Eastman Kodak International Capital Company, Inc. [Docket No. 1361] (the Motion) with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York (the Bankruptcy Court). On July 5, 2012, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order (the Conditional Sale Order),2 among other things, approving the Bidding Procedures for the conduct of a competitive process for the sale (the Sale) of all or any portion of Kodaks Digital Imaging Patent Assets and authorizing the Debtors to sell all or any portion of the Digital Imaging Patent Assets to one or more Successful Bidders, subject to the Conditional Sale Order, the Bidding Procedures and the Bankruptcy Courts entry of the Final Sale Order. As of the date hereof, Kodak is continuing discussions with respect to a potential Sale of the Digital Imaging Patent Assets. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the hearing initially scheduled before the Honorable Allan L. Gropper on August 20, 2012 at 2:30 p.m. (ET) in the Bankruptcy Court, One Bowling Green, New York, NY 10004, at which the Debtors, pursuant to the Conditional Sale Order, will seek entry of an order (the Final Sale Order) authorizing and approving the consummation of the Sale to the Successful Bidder(s) and granting such other relief as the Debtors may request (the Final Sale Hearing), will be adjourned to August 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. (ET). PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that consistent with the terms of the Conditional Sale Order, the Debtors shall serve a Notice of Final Sale Hearing not later than seven (7) days prior to the Final Sale Hearing. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the deadline for objecting to entry of the proposed Final Sale Order shall be 4:00 p.m. (ET) on August 26, 2012 (the Objection Deadline).
