quality assurance purposes pursuant to the business use exemption of Florida Statutes
chapter 934, section 934.02(4Xa)(1) and the holding ofRoyal Health Care Servs., Inc. v.
Jeffirson-Pilot Life Ins. Co., 924 F.2d 215 (11th Cir. 1991).
2. Plaintiff provided notice to the court by fax October 5, 2009. (Exhibit 1).
3. The notice described in paragraph 2 was filed with the clerk December 15,2009.
