Base Region
Start up regions include Italy and Scandinavia. Each region consists of two conferences (North and South) with each containing 3 teams. These divisions will serve as the model for league expansion across other global regions. Exceptions can be reviewed on an individual basis however; all decisions will be made in the best interest and integrity of the league.

Each additional region will be launched as detailed within business plan for league growth. League seeks to find division partners within each region to manage and execute division based on league guidelines. Timing will vary based on specific sponsorship and partner funding.

Basic Guidelines
This basic list will serve as general overview. Comprehensive official guidelines will be distributed to qualified regional partners. League maintains authority to rule as final decisions in major business matters and without dispute final veto on board decisions. Sports governing and rules of play will be controlled by league. Division franchisee is awarded one position on board. Execution of business concept and event management will be closely executed per league guidelines and minimum requirements.

basic understanding of the depth of AFXs involvement to achieve superior success. AFX feels that local partners are the core of market success. Knowing the local economy, influences and key contacts will be critical to overall region success. This level of expertise and local involvement will be fully supported by league to ultimately deliver what fans can expect from a world-class organization.

Although each program may vary based on division and complexity, a basic understanding of expectations will help facilitate negotiations. Start Up
Once agreement has been reached and all funding is approved, launch proceedings will commence.
