United Empire of Islam Constitution (Passed) We, the Citizens of The United Empire of Islam, in order to form a more

United and perfected realm, institute justice, certify domestic tranquillity, provide for the common defence, promote the overall welfare of The Region, and to secure peace and prosperity for the United Empire of Islam, do affirm and establish this Constitution. Be it therefore enacted and declared the President, Prime Minister, and the Head of the Regional Assembly of the United Empire of Islam.

Section 1: All Legislative Powers granted shall be vested in the Regional Assembly of the United Empire of Islam, which consists of a senate. Section 2: 1) 2) 3) 4) The Regional Assembly shall be composed of senators; each one will represent 3 members of the region. No Individual shall be appointed into the Regional Assembly until s/he is elected by the populace and approved by the Head of Regional Assembly. No Individual can be nominated until s/he has attained citizenship of 28 Days and is a permanent inhabitant of the region. If there are Positions unoccupied in the Regional Assembly the Current Prime Minister is permitted to nominate an entity which can only be approved by the Head of the Regional Assembly.

Section 3: 1) 2) The President, after Conferring with the Prime Minister can nominate candidates in situations that demand it. No nation shall be able to run in senate Elections until its age equals 300 Million and has already a permanent stay in the region of 30 days and also has to be a active member of the region.

Section 4: 1) 2) 3) Senators can be removed from Office if involved in cases of Treason, Corruption or Inefficient, but the party can be subject to a court trial, Judgement and punishment according to law. Minister of Judicial Affairs, president, Prime Minister and Head of the Regional Assembly have the power to remove a senator from the Assembly. Regional Assembly Session to be held daily twice a week (Monday/Friday) until altered by any law approved by Senators.

Section 5: 1) 2) 3) The President of United Empire of Islam can dissolve the Regional Assembly if, s/he find it to be corrupt and or/ Inefficient Any bill to be proposed to the regional Assembly or the Supreme Court must require 51% Majority agreement. Any previously passed bill, order of the Prime Minister or ordinance The Head of the Assembly will preside over all the sessions of the Assembly, to ensure that the proceedings are fair, beneficial to the U.E.I, and carried out in a handsome manner.

The Regional Assembly is subject to the Court and the Minister of the Judicial Affairs and the Head of the R.A is to ensure this. The Head of the R.A can be temporarily removed by having 2/3 majority of the R.A sign a petition against him/her. of the President can be debated on, amended or abrogated altogether with a 2/3 majority. a) The President will elect an interim Head of the R.A b) In which case the Minister of Judicial Affairs will look into the case. He then has the power to reinstate the Head of the R.A, or remove him permanently from power.

Every member of the U.E.I is entitled to the right of contending for a seat in the assembly in the biannual elections.

The President, after conferring with Prime Minister can nominate candidates in situations that demand it. The date of the biannual elections will be agreed upon in a moot between the President and Prime Minister of U.E.I. An Interim President shall be instituted if the President is inactive for more than 72 hours.

Section 6 Judicial: 1. 2. 3. Law and Order shall be exercised by the Supreme Court and the Minister of Judicial Affairs Rules for disciplinary punishment shall be determined by law. The Supreme Court shall: a) Judge possible breaches of the law made by a citizen, or citizens, of United Empire of Islam b) Determine the constitutionality of laws, and rule on the same. c) Decide the guilt or innocence of the Accused. d) Determining the punishment for the Accused, if a guilty verdict is delivered. The accused has the right to a fair and public trial. The accused must know what charges are being placed upon him. The accused has the choice of his defender among the following possibilities: a) Hiring his own attorney b) representing himself c) Be given a defender by the Prime Minister 4. The accused has the right to change representation at any time. 5. The accused has the right to not be forced to incriminate himself. The Prosecuting Attorney must be a Citizen of the United Empire of Islam The Prosecuting Attorney has the following duties: Represent his (her) client to the best of his (her) abilities.

Section 7: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. It is incumbent upon the President to ensure that U.E.I has an efficient government. The Regional Assembly has to see to it that the President does so. The Government will contain a Prime Minister with a cabinet containing a Minister of Internal, External and Judicial Affairs. The region is for Islamic Unity but non-Muslim are welcome for debates and to examine the way a Muslim lives his life. A non-Muslim will be given equal rights as a Muslim member The President can ban and/or eject any member from U.E.I but if the Regional Assembly see the ejection to be unfair, can ask the President to justify the ejection. Any and all members have rights to the working of region in that all are eligible to take part in the government. The government will be elected by the certified Citizens of United Empire of Islam.

The Appointing of National Ministers will be made by the public Vote A commited Citizen of United Empire of Islam will be appointed as Head of the electoral committee when the Need be. The right to choose the cabinet is solely of the Prime Ministers Each Government of U.E.I elected shall only serve 2 months before calling a election.
