I felt the services duty hours are not fair compare with the LSM grade staff and
clericalstaff.Promotion are alsofound unfair & lack of professional training
which include oversees training and local sponsor university training by training
unit in LCSD.
Moreover, we felt very unhappy of unfair posting and unfair terms in the present
schemeof promotion by Grade management. I think the Director of LCS must find
the improvement programme to ensure the present condition to meet the favour and
the needs of AA grades staff.

Wanna quit this job becoz it makes me unsatisfied and upset. Bad working
condition, the management, working hrs..............All are unfair for
AAs!!!!!The workload much exceeds the volumne I can bear, and giving me a nervous
