(292 employees) and UEM Inc. (45 employees located in USA, Trinidad & Tobago) for the year 2011-12. Maintained equilibrium among budgetary constraints, promotions, rationalization of salary vis--vis salary benchmarking studies and correction of designations in organizational hierarchy. Rolled out pro-rata increments while conforming to the Bell Curve/Omega Curve through Normal Distribution by employing Forced Ranking Method and ensured the reflection of increments in the salary of the month of April. Introduced KRA based Performance Appraisals for the year 2011-12 and 2012-13.

Compensation and Benefits: Revised Salary Structure of UEM India Pvt. Ltd. to be Statutory Compliant and to increase the payout for employees. Designed, introduced and communicated the Flexi Pay Plan to facilitate Tax Exemption benefits to employees. Designed Salary Structures for UEM Infra Pvt. Ltd. & UEM Inc. Trinidad & Tobago. Payroll Processing: As the process owner of Payroll Processing, ensured the transfer of salary by 1 day of month.
