As should be known, the future consequences predicted by competent analysts relative to the increase in oil consumption in the United States show that there is an energy crisis of unparalleled proportions looming on our horizon, which will only become progressively worse. New thinking is mandated by reality at this time, a true industrial revolution in clean energy as your Secretary of Energy Steven Chu says. This approaching inevitability renders our national security and economic survival dangerously vulnerable. Something should be done quickly to change the dynamics, and create new wealth to overcome the present economic stalemate. There is an answer. There are serious grounds for believing that in the long term, the mere shuffling of paper money, debt and responsibility around will be ineffective. Please give serious consideration to what I say. What I am suggesting will be like an economic stimulus on crack (if youll forgive the negative connotations of that analogy). There is an important secret technology which our government has had sequestered for over seventy years, which can generally be referred to as electro-mechanical transportation technology (A.K.A., electrostatic momentum technology), best known to the largely unknowing public as UFO technology or flying saucer technology. This technology is based on the fact that the electrical attractive force is 2 x 1039 (2 x 10 to the 39th) power times stronger than the gravitational attractive force. I think it is high time for this technology to be privatized

in the name of national security, as a true stimulus for the 21st century American economy, which is stagnant for a lack of creation of significant real wealth and a lack of vision by our prior leaders. New jobs and new industry will be created and Americas dependency on fossil fuels will be greatly diminished. Due to the applicable energy transformation equations, the crisis will be gone and global warming will also eventually become a thing of the past. The American economy will be stirred up like an ant bed with a stick. Freight of unlimited weight and passengers can be carried across the nation and the world at many thousands of miles per hour and with a tiny fraction of the energy presently required. I respectfully urge you in all seriousness to consider my proposition as a move which will be a true economic stimulus which will also guarantee the success of your administration and the image of America in the minds of the people of America and the world, as a restoration of the shining example of American creativity and world leadership.
