How to Operate
For juicing, the following procedure should be used. Cut c itrus in halt, cutting across sections. Merely push down on Reamer with fruit to start the juicing action automatically. Lift the fruit shell off the Reamer a nd action stops. The juice will flow d irectly through the Strainer into the Pitc her . The Pitc her hold s up to 20 ounces ( 625ml ).
Juicer Tips
For easier juicing a nd inc reased juice yield: ( 1) Let fruit reach room temperature before juicing. (2) Roll fruit between palm of hand a nd counter top before c utting to loosen fibers. ( 3) Move fruit from side to sid e while reaming to get all t he juice . (4) When p ulp begins to build up in the stra iner, re move Reamer/Strainer a nd empty pulp into trash can. Replace Reamer/Strainer onto Drive Shaft a nd c ontinue juicing.
