Finance) Executive JOB PURPOSE (Requires a brief, specific statement of why this position exists or the major end results of existence of this job. The objective is to gauge the significance of this job from the overall organizations viewpoint. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (List the principal duties, activities, and responsibilities for the position in the descending order of importance.) 1. To individually develop business in the assigned territory through direct interaction with clients, including handling of routine issues / problems in this process. 2. To collect receivables including EMIs, Delayed payment charges & other charges as may be applicable. 3. To network in assigned territory with suppliers / dealers / principals / clients in order to gather information on prospects which are essential for business development, collection & credit assessment. 4. To do first level credit assessment of proposals, including field investigation, mainly regarding veracity of information on prospect which is critical to decision making. 5. To prepare CAM, execute documentation & collect pre & post-disbursement documents. OTHER JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (List any duties, activities, or responsibilities that are performed periodically or on an as needed basis.) 1. To do verification of assets funded. 2. To learn information relating to works, both ongoing & expected, as well as prospective business proposals to enable budgeting & segment planning. 3. To gather information on various equipment sales & performance to enable equipment focus. 4. To implement the strategy for the particular period JOB DIMENSIONS (List the extent of authority & responsibility this position would have in the performance of job duties assigned to it. For e.g. Book size, Profit, Customer size, Approval Limit, No. of transactions, Customer size etc.) 1. Business volume of Rs. _______ lakh a month, with atleast __ deals a month. 2. To act as a second in line to the Cluster Head and help him in Marketing , business development and team management aspects on a day to day basis. Help in implementing the SBU strategy . Identify the opportunities to grow business by studying the Market trends/MIS. Help Cluster head in formulating product schemes, interacting with the Dealers/Manufacturers. Coordination with the team for monitoring the marketing plan, publicity activities and market share. Keeping track of portfolio performance and management of collection process.
