1.

Able to handling trouble shooting, breakdown and preventive maintenance for stationary equipment, such as :

Reactor : Dissasembly and assembly part ( take out and install sparger, take out and install distributor Plate,repairment tube of reactor,etc ),inspection for visual and perform wall thickness data,Dye Penetrant check and analysis for defect material. .Furnace : Dissasembly and assembly part,inspection for visual and perform thickness Data of inside tube,Dye Penetrant check and analysis for defect of inside tube, Repairment Refractory brick. Heat Exchanger : Dissasembly and assembly part ( take out and install channel cover ),inspection for visual,using CCD Camera For finding the defect material( Borescope,Boregauge ),perform take data to inspection ( PT, UT ).Repairment for retubing if many time for repairment but no many time repairment, enough with plug for simple repairment. Tower : Open and close of manhole, disassembly and assembly of internal tray , disassembly and assembly of hold down grating for packing. blinding system for isolate the tower, visual inspection and perform wall thickness for analysis condition of shell and nozzle Vessel : Dissasembly and assembly for taken out of manhole, Taken out Demister,visual inspection and perform wall thickness for analysis condition of shell and nozzle.Visual inspection of Demister. Piping : Perform to modification piping metal and non metal.begining from prepare Isometric drawing,fit up at workshop, and installation piping at Field.

Valve

Perform to replacement valve, recondition valve, replacement gland Packing, recondition Safety valve, replacement rupture disk, recondition Breather Valve, Repairment steam trap and replacement steam trap, Recondition Gate Valve, recondition ball valve, and etc

Welding job: Can welding pipe carbon steell,stainless steell by GTAW, SMAW Can welding shell of tower, vessel,furnace, reactor by GTAW,SMAW Can welding pipe pvc material by hot jet welding. Cutting job : Can used cutting tools, such as : Cutting torch for material carbon steel (pipe and plate),Plasma cutting and Gauging for material stainless steel, Hastelloy, Inconnel,Nickel ( Pipe and Plate ). 2. Able to handling trouble shooting, breakdown and preventive maintenance for Rotating equipment, such as : Pump : Perform to take data patrol for vibration, ampere, pressure, flow rate. Small over houling of pump such as: replacement mechanical seal, Gland packing, bearing,shaft sleep, shaft, impeller. Replace and add Oil and grease.
