Educational Qualification & Experience: 1. (i) Deputy Director (Programme Division) Post Graduate degree in relevant discipline i.e. Home Science with specialization in Social Work/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Management/ Public

Community Resource Management or Food and Nutrition or Child Development/ Psychology/ Education/ Administration/Statistics.
(ii)

Five years experience in teaching/ research/ project formulation/ monitoring and

supervision in the fields of Child Development/ Mother Care/ Social Welfare/ Maternal and Child Health/Designing and Production of Audio-Visual Material for teaching and extension, relevant to the post. 2. (i) Assistant Director At least second class post-graduate degree in the relevant Development/ Psychology/Education/Social Work/ and discipline i.e. Home Sociology/ Social

Anthropology/ Management/ Public Administration/ Statistics;

Three years experience in teaching/ research/ project formulation/ monitoring and

supervision in the fields of Child Development/ Mother Care/ Social Development/ Social Welfare. 3. Assistant Administrative Officer The officers under the Central/State Governments and other recognized Institutions holding analogous posts or officers having experience of work for a period of 5 years in a time scale, the minimum of which is not less than Rs. 5,000 (Pre-revised).

Associate Librarian The candidate should possess (i) Masters degree in any of the Social Sciences (ii)

Recognized degree in Library Science (iii) Three years experience of Library/Documentation work in Government or other reputed organization or recognized diploma in Library Science with about 5 years experience of Library/Documentation work in the pay scale of Rs. 5500-9000 (pre-revised). Desirable: Experience of working in Information / Documentation Centre, with special reference to information storage and Retrieval Systems. 5. Section Officer (Accounts)
The candidate should posses (i) Degree in Commerce from a recognized University. (ii) Five years experience of handling accounts in Government /Autonomous bodies of which 2 years should be in handling accounts on mercantile system or completion of subordinate accounts service examination with two years experience of handling accounts/ establishment matters. (iii) Knowledge of Government rules governing finance and establishment matters.

General Instructions 1. Applications should be sent along with the required testimonials and an application fee of

Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) in the form of a Demand Draft in favour of the National Institute of Public Cooperation & Child Development payable at New Delhi. SC/ST/Physically Challenged candidates are exempted from payment of fee.

The location of the posts mentioned against each is provisional. On final selection, the selected candidates may be posted either at Institutes headquarter at New Delhi or any of its Regional Centres located in Guwahati, Bengaluru, Lucknow and Indore. All these posts carry all India transfer liability.

The upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/physically handicapped and others as per the rules applicable in Govt. of India for Central Govt. employees except in case the post to be filled up deputation. Maximum age limit will be reckoned on last date for receipt of application.

The candidates serving in Government /autonomous bodies/statutory bodies or public undertaking should forward their applications through proper channel failing which the application is likely to be rejected.

Selection will be based on written test / computer skill test followed by an interview for each post. In case of receipt of large number of applications for a post, the Institute may invite only those candidates for written test/interview who possesses higher qualifications and experience.
