0 Introduction Changes in technology, particularly the development of information and communica tion technology (ICT) are the most important factor forces the globalization (St onehouse et al, 2000).Ability of the company to manage and can reflect the techn ological adventure of core competencies. There is also a close relationship betw een a company's management and its ability to innovate its technology. Technolog y can provide a competitive advantage through the production process of its prod ucts. This could be seen in many developed industries. One of it can be seen in the industry for internet services and technologies such as Google Incorporation . 2.0 Background of Google Incorporation Google Incorporation set up in 1998 by graduates from computer science backgroun d, Sergey Brin and Larry Page. Google Incorporation gets promoted to No.4 in the list of top 100 brands in the world. Google is a niche for internet services an d technologies. Google offers a personalized search engine for more than 115 cou ntries. Their main sector is the search engine; cloud computing, software and ad vertising technologies. This year in May, Google dominated the search engine wor ld by 87.6% market share (Google Strategy Marketing, 2012). The following will e xplains about how Google influences on their Information Technology (IT) to make their products more competitive on a global basis and is followed by a global e xpansion strategies of Google.

3.0 How Google Incorporation leveraging on Information Technology (IT) make thei r product and services more competitive globally 3.1 Online Collaboration 3.1.1 Google with PayPal Google has teamed with PayPal to oppose phishing. It is a fraudulent e-mail and Internet users into providing sensitive information, including credit card numbe rs. It's called Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting and Conformance (DM ARC) scattered alliance's purpose is to build new e-mail standards that help sto p the harmful practice. Phishing is a relatively simple trick. Often, spammers d efraud data in email messages which makes look like a really mail comes from a l egitimate sender. Even if they check their spam folders, many consumers cannot h elp but open up at a message from said it was from PayPal. Before they know it, someone has phished their credit card numbers. With DMARC, the idea is to get co mpanies emails worked behind the scenes to prevent phishing e-mails sent from ev er hitting inbox of email (Garling, 2012).This could see when PayPal started wor king directly with Google to provide standards for Gmail and that will prevent f alse messages hitting inboxes PayPal from a user. 3.2 Strategic Alliance 3.2.1 Google with Sony Google and Sony formed a strategic alliance to provide cloud-based products and services with android platform (Sony And Google Establish Strategic Alliance To Deliver Compelling New Cloud-Based Products And Services With The Android Platfo rm, 2010). This alliance offers a variety of latest and prosperous entertainment experience that combines open source Google Android OS platform with proficienc y in technology and product design Sony. Both companies are looking at mutual ex pansion of exciting new products in android home based hardware and mobile produ cts. During this alliance Google will leverage Google's future strength, possibl e development and access open source Android platform to advance their product e xpansion process by providing users with the experience of Internet broader and worldwide. This can be seen through Google TV which enables users to find and ac cess the Internet on their TV. Through this type of innovation, Google aim to ma ximize their IT industries to distribute products and services that enable users to easily access whenever and wherever they need it. Google is also associated with various Sony entertainment assets to create new forms of cloud-based user e xperience. This type alliance will enable Google to leverage cutting-edge techno

logy of Sony, renowned engineering quality, innovative design and various produc t and satisfied collection to grow a complete platform from which to force adopt ion of the Android operating system worldwide. 3.2.2 Google with Verizon Wireless Verizon Wireless and Google will take advantage the Verizon Wireless network and the greatest Android open platform to distribute cutting-edge mobile applicatio ns, services and devices (Dampier, 2009). With this guide offers a variety of pr oducts that unite the speediness of the 3G network which most consistent with th e elasticity of Google's Android mobile platform. Google devotes considerable re sources to speed up the distribution of cutting-edge innovation that will put fa st exclusive applications to the users. Google will produce the market with allo cation of their products and services, with Verizon Wireless also backing the ex tent of distribution channels across the country. Users will be capable to buy t he products which are output from the teamwork in Verizon Wireless retail stores and online. Verizon Wireless and Google plan to jointly expand some Android-bas ed devices that are pre-loaded with innovative applications from both parties as well as third-party creators. The Android platform allows Verizon Wireless cons umers experience quicker access and easier for the web from any places. Through this partnership, Google can deliver modernization in the mobile world to consum ers. 3.2.3 Google with Omnicom In exchange, Google will work to create a "global trading desks" which will allo w advertising networks to assist Omnicom much easier to purchase advertising on Google's ad exchange (Sterling,2010).The Internet firm, which also owns a YouTub e video page, will provide Omnicom to determine data and research on how adverti sing has worked. 3.2.4 Google with VMware VMware the universal leader in virtualization and cloud communications partners hip with Google to distribute solutions that creates enterprise software develop ers more competent at building, deploying and supervision applications within an y cloud environment; public, private and hybrid (VMware to Collaborate with Goog le on Cloud Computing, 2010). They are certainly intrigued by the economic gains that is linked with cloud, but gradually more concentrated on business quicknes s and innovation pledged by the cloud computing. VMware and Google supporting to convince mutual consumers and the Java community that choice and portability ar e important for both companies. VMware and Google are operating in various field s to create cloud applications more dynamic, convenient, and elastic. These proj ects will allow Java developers to form rich web applications, use Google and VM ware performance on cloud applications, and motion Spring Java applications on G oogle App Engine.

3.2.5 Google with AOL Underneath strategic alliance, Google and AOL will keep on providing search tech nology to AOL's network of Internet properties worldwide. Google has financed $ 1 billion for an effective 5% equity stake in America Online,( Time Warner's AOL a nd Google to Expand Strategic Alliance,2005) the Alliance consists building an A OL Marketplace throughout white labelling of Google's advertising technology tha t allows AOL to sell search advertising straight to advertisers AOL-owned proper ties, enlarge display advertising throughout the Google network, create AOL cont ent more reachable to Google Web crawlers, functioning in video search and showc asing AOL's premium video service within Google video, enabling Google Talk and AIM instant messaging users to communicate with each other, as long as certain c onditions are met, and provide AOL marketing credits for Internet properties. In addition, Google, AOL and Time Warner may choose to develop new partnerships fo r other advertising opportunities for Time Warner. 3.2.6 Google with TCS In addition to being the global market leader in domain Search, Google has also begun to focus on key customers and have come up with some solutions Enterprise

meet their business needs, such as Google Apps, Google Search Appliance and Goog le Earth.TCS is Google Enterprise partners to resell and implementation (Strateg ic Partners, 2010). Although we are only SI partner for Google in India, we are also global strategic partners.

3.3 Research and Development 3.3.1 Google Research Centre and Development centre in Paris Be working on an open data centre, improving Google video search technologies an d Chrome operating systems. The new office will also organize a cultural institu te that will develop the application content (Google plans research base in Fran ce, 2010).It will serve as the headquarters of Google in France, Southern and Ea stern Europe, Middle East and Africa. 3.3.2 Google Research Centre and Development centre in Germany Internet giant Google announced it will share with four institutions offering In ternet research institute. Institute called the Institute for Internet and Socie ty that will discover web innovations and their impact on society, science, poli tics and economics (Beus, 2005). The internet research institute will also disco ver the rules and patent issues. The Institute will assist explain the changes a ssociated with the development of this breakthrough technology. For this researc h Google had invested $ 6.41 million. The main goal of the centre is localized h as Google services exist and the development of new applications. 3.3.3 Google Research Centre and Development centre in Hyderabad Google Hyderabad centre provides engineering, online sales and human resources f unction. Online sales and support service team in Hyderabad advertisers English Google span the globe (Google hiring in Bangalore and Hyderabad India, 2004).Goo gle customer support centre for business in the U.S. Ad Words and Britain for th e pay per click sponsored links on Google search pages main source of revenue. 4.0 Google global expansion strategy 4.1 Acquisition Strategy To maintain its reputation as a technology leader and innovator front, Google ha s aggressively acquire new software companies that can easily integrated into th e solution exists, and can instantly gain visibility through Google leverage. Th is visible when Google acquired more than 100 companies, including Motorola. The acquisition will allow Google to supercharging Android ecosystem and will impro ve competition in the movable computing. Apart from that, Google's acquisition o f Motorola for its push mobile market, Google plus, e-commerce benefits (Fenwick , 2012). Motorola Mobility will remain a licensee of Android and Android will re main open. Google will run Motorola Mobility as a separate business. This help G oogle expanded Google Display Network. With this acquisition Google just bought a lot of things; 24000patents an impressive number, 20,000 employees, and the wo rld know the brand wireless, and handset manufacturing base. 4.2 Innovation Strategy This can be seen through the design technology that continues the introduction o f new products, services and modifications of existing products that incorporate new technology (Stewart and Fenn,2006) Google has made significant innovations in technology. For example, Google Fusion. Its software engineering effort focus ed on Page Rank and other applications. Google also took the ideas of good progr amming language, implement new functionality and libraries to eliminate most of the manual coding requires parallelising a single application across Google serv ers (Google Technology,2012).Apart from that, Google has made several changes to its products that is Googolplex to include modification of Linux allow large fi

le sizes and other tasks. 4.3 Growth Strategy Google has expanded its business by providing a number of services and solutions , including operating systems, advertising systems. Search giant has generally s upplied to users, and in many cases, leaving most enterprises are not affected. Google urged to cloud-based business applications, the browser chrome and follow ed by the android mobile operating system. 5.0 Conclusion and Recommendations In conclusion Google better leverage technology to create its products globally competitive services. This could see by Google's strategic partnerships with som e companies along with the research done by Google using the Research and Develo pment Centre worldwide. Google can develop their business with a focus on their significant technology. They need to invest more of their product designs to cre ate innovations create their products become more competitive globally. Besides, Google also need to use business-to-business platform that will allow them to t rade all over the world and also their new website and features. Example, Google can do promotion for a new website using YouTube to expand their product. By fo llowing these recommendations, Google can do better in the IT industry and becom e more globally competitive.
