has had the oppottonity to ask questions of the same and independently to verify and dilige11oo

filing a petition relative to the Company (the seeking l'lllief under the provisions of
Chapter l1 ofTitlell of the United States Code (the "Bankruptcy Code"), and which petition is

auihorlzed to retain on behalf of ihe Compmy a balloting, servicing, and claims agent to be
