You could talk with hundreds of potential homebuyers and even make arrangements to start the process at a future date. At the Fair, attendees will have the opportunity to experience:

REMEMBER TO BRING: Signage: You are responsible for your own booth signage. Must be free standing no banners please. We cannot affix anything to the venue walls or pipe & drape. Brochures / Giveaways SETUP: All Sponsor exhibits can set-up between 10:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 29th in East Hall, Memphis Cook Convention Center, 255 North Main Street, Memphis, TN 38103. NOTE: All booths must be set by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 29th. Doors will reopen at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, November 30th for final setup with doors opening to the public at 10:00am. A diagram with your booth number assigned will be sent on or around 11/21.
