A culinary trip to Italy is our slogan. It emphasizes the two main aspects of Cucina Vanina: authentic Italian cuisine that is healthy and fresh, and also the true Italian experience our costumers have without traveling to Italy.

Equipment rental: our cost to rent + $30 surcharge Complete event planning: 10% of the total event cost.
We rent our restaurant space too, for a total minimal cost (food included) of: Sun-Mon:
$550 for lunch or $1200 for dinner Tues-Wed:
$650 for lunch or $1350 for dinner Thur-Fri-Sat:
$800 for lunch or $2000 for dinner
For any special food request (allergy, diet, etc.), dont hesitate to contact us please. We will always be glad to cook something different for you if needed. The price might change depending on the ingredients.
For all menus and events, we ask for 72 hours advance reservation and a 25% down payment. Cancellations with full reimbursement can be done up to 48 hours before the event. If cancelled later, the down payment will not be reimbursed.
Cooking classes are offered on Mondays or on Sundays, for a minimum of $65 per person, and 8 people. A 25% down payment is required. If you want to enjoy your nice meal in our restaurant after the class, there is no additional charge, but beverages and service are not included. If you want friends or family to join after the class to enjoy your meal too, it will cost $20 per additional person.
