Everyone is welcome to view this site. All like-minded people are welcome to learn more about this unique
concept. Our intention is to empower individuals and bless as many of the human family as possible! We all know
how it feels to give a gift, unsolicited, freely and without expectation. We know that pure intent in giving is a
healing power that permeates our reality and blesses our life. We practice that pure intent. We believe in
abundance. We believe that God has provided enough for every man, woman and child to be filled up and
overflowing! This belief is an enabling force that allows us to achieve our greatest potential.

Great organizations and great nations have formed and thrive with pure intent. It is only after we lose pure
intent that our society wanes. It is our vision to use this power of pure intent to change ourselves, our
communities, our nations and all that choose to join with us to move from the 'You OR Me' world to the 'You AND
Me World'. To create a world that works for all of us.

In our experience we have learned that the World is ready for this idea which is The Idea whose time has come.
All around us we see bad news. Companies are downsizing, Corporations are moving offshore and many people
are seeing their life long dreams coming apart as a result of what we call the You or Me World. The truth is our
great Creator has made available everything that is needed for every man woman and child to live life
abundantly. Before we can even ask for our next breath it is already provided. We believe it's time for the
human family around the world to come together and unite in a common purpose. That purpose is to bless, bring
hope, light, good news, abundance, truth and integrity into the lives of as many people as possible. We invite all
like-minded people regardless of race, gender, belief, educational experience, nationality, financial status or
geographic location to come and participate with us in systematic giving, systematic receiving, and systematic

What has the Elite Activity done for mankind? The blessings flowing through this belief system cannot be
measured. Many people who participate in our organized giving have saved their homes from foreclosure, put
food on an empty table, paid for an important medical procedure, and improved the overall quality of life. In
2005 many families displaced after Hurricane Katrina received free gasoline from Elite. Recently, we helped a
man who had exhausted all his means supporting his wife through her terminal illness. The power of many giving
to one, no matter how much is given, can change lives -- and if we have anything to say about it, The World too!

I am pleased that you have selected my law office to represent you. I will within the bounds of legal ethics,
provide reasonable and competent services to represent and protect your legal interests.

This letter addresses information regarding the above mentioned website. I have reviewed the website, including
and not limited to the following: Frequently Asked Questions, Elite Activity Guidelines, What Is The "Elite
Activity", Turbo Graduating, How "Elite Activity Works", and Activity Progression Defined. I have also reviewed
Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service Publication 950 (Rev. September 2004). With respect to
your private gifting activity, I have also reviewed the XIV Amendment to The United States Constitution. There is
nothing with respect to this website that could be considered "promoting a pyramid scheme" in any state of The
Union.

Although your immediate concern is the misleading language of the consumer protection statutes in the various
states which label "gifting" as "a pyramid", in my opinion the above website is consistent with your private
constitutional rights. I am sure you are aware that, "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge
the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life,
liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal
protection of the laws." (US Constitution Amendment XIV) You and the other participants in the Elite Activity
should remember that the preamble to the United States Constitution provided the foundation for what the Pure
Intent of Elite is all about. "We the People ..., in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure
domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of
Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this..." The Elite Activity.

Elite Activity is a group of like minded individuals who share abundance through systematic giving, systematic
receiving and systematic inviting into our belief system. This process blesses all participants in a logical and
systematic way providing fairness and equality for all who participate.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is Giving Legal?
Yes! It has always been legal to give! Citizens of free countries around the world have a legal and Constitutional right to give
property, cash, and other assets of value as established by law. In Gifting, individuals choose to give freely, and cannot lose
money because a gift given unconditionally cannot be lost! You can’t lose what you give away! In Elite Activity we give freely
expecting nothing in return from the recipient of the gift, and there are no promises or guarantees!

Furthermore, the U.S. gifting law, found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511, states that one or more
individuals can give a gift or gifts to another individual of up to $12,000 per calendar year without any tax liability being
incurred by the recipient of the gift (see http://www.irs.gov/publications/p950/ar02.html). Since the taxes on the gift have
already been paid and the gift is not given in exchange for a product or service, and it’s NOT an investment, these gifts are
not required to be reported as gross income of the recipient (See 26 USC § 102).

What is the Elite Activity Belief System?

The Elite Activity is a "Private Activity", formally organized under the non-profit 501 (C) (3) status. Our belief system is born
of the Intention to Empower. Our vision is to create the You and Me World by providing models and information where
participants can have an actual experience of the truth that Abundance is created through giving. Please review our
Statement of Beliefs on the website for more information.

How Many Years has the Elite Activity Belief System Been in Existence?

The giving philosophy has been practiced for many centuries as a way to share wealth and bless the lives of others. This
concept was tracked manually for many years until an exclusive on-line software system became available in February of
2001.

What is the Company?

Elite Activity is not a company, business, or Investment Club. We are a belief system, (simply individuals who believe in
giving freely to one another unconditionally) with a pure intent to Empower! We are committed to teach people of all
backgrounds that they can live an abundant life! We believe it’s a divine experience to give freely and unconditionally.

Who can Participate?

Elite Activity is a private activity and belief system. Invitations’ are shared by participants to individuals over 18 years of age,
who have read and chosen in to our belief system. We believe anyone with a kind heart and a desire to bless others can
participate in this activity.

Are There Any Fees For Participating?

Elite Activity utilizes an online data tracking service. Each participant subscribes to this service to access the cycles, tools,
and support available. The subscription covers costs associated with this belief system including the hardware, software,
programming, maintenance, and service of not only the tracking system itself... but the 24/7 worldwide website and other
support systems. Every participant is introduced to the Tracking Service the first time they enter their personal backroom.
Each United States participant has a seven day grace period in which to subscribe before backroom services become inactive.
International participants have a fourteen day grace period. There are several convenient payment options available for
subscribing participants.

Do I Need a Computer to Participate?

A computer is not absolutely necessary but does make staying in touch much easier. Since Elite Activity utilizes an automated
internet tracking system, some kind of Internet access is necessary. Extensive email systems are used to keep participants
updated. For those who don’t have a computer, consider having a family member, friend, or Invitor, with a computer, help
you get started. Please be sure it is someone you know, love and trust! In most areas, public libraries have Internet ready
computers available to the public and staff who will teach you the basics of how to use them. As soon as you’re able, it’s a
good idea to get your own internet access so you can be empowered with all the awesome services available in Elite.

Do I have to “Recruit” People?

In this Activity we simply "Share" an invitation or "Invite". We believe the first gift you receive is the Invitation itself. Elite
Activity exists because participants truly grasp the spirit of "People Helping People". There is no need to “sell” or pressure
anyone to participate. We believe our Elite Philosophy of "Living the Law of Abundance" through sharing is a time tested way
to live. The Activity is for like minds who believe in the universal concept of "What You Give in Life Will Come Back Many
Times Over".

What is a Personal Invitee?

A Personal Invitee is a person who has accepted an invitation to participate, from an Elite Participant. This is a real person or
entity, who has accepted the activity agreements and beliefs, and chosen to be a systematic giver, receiver, and inviter, not
just a name entered into the tracking system. If John, (a participant), invites Mary and she accepts, Mary becomes John’s
personal invitee.

Who Do I Invite?

All participants are free to share this Good News with any like-minded person. Volunteers can direct you to additional
resources designed to help find others of like mind. It would surprise you to hear how many folks have said..."I have been
looking for something like this all of my life!" This Elite Philosophy of caring and sharing strikes a cord with so many people!

Am I Expected to Invite My Family and Friends?

We have many families who participate together and have created an abundant energy all around them. All those who accept
the invitation should do so with the intention to empower and be an active participant in this belief system. We are about
Education AND Inspiration! If your friends or family can embrace our belief system and choose in to being a gift we welcome
them with open arms.

I am a participant in one of the Elite cycles, (Classic, Express, or Turbo), and would like to participate in the other
cycles. Do I need more tracking subscriptions?

Absolutely not! One Id number will serve for all cycles, Elite Classic, Elite Express, and Elite Turbo. The only time you have
more than one tracking subscription is if you have more than one Id number. We discourage participants having more than
one ID number.

Can I re-invite active participants from other teams and have them connected to me with a new ID number?

No. All participants accept the activity agreements before participating. One of those agreements is to honor the
inviter/invitee relationship and protect the integrity of the activity. Please remember….What we give out in life comes back
multiplied!

Is It Okay for Elite Participants to Have Gatherings?

Elite Activity is a private belief system but our doors are open to all like-minded people regardless of age, race, belief,
gender, education, financial status, geographical location, or sexual preference. Before any participant hosts a live gathering
we ask that they contact Elite Activity Leadership through the “Contact Us” link and wait for a response back before hosting
any private gatherings. The participant will be contacted by leadership to ensure that they are clear on how to host a correct
gathering for this belief system. We have nothing to hide nor do we want to exclude anyone with a desire to actively bless
others and live abundantly. As long as participants understand this belief system and can represent the activity in line with
published agreements and beliefs listed on the www.eliteresurrected.org website, we are happy to support them in hosting
private gatherings.

How Much Time Will I Have to Put Into This?

This is a personal choice. Since Elite Activity is not a business there are no quotas or requirements.. Each participant can be
as active or as passive as desired. Please realize that the more each participant shares, the greater the potential to receive.

How Long May I Stay In One Cycle?

There is no time limit to inviting but access to the tracking and support system is available only through a current
subscription. Support systems are in place to assist you with sharing an Invitation with others. With the support available, no

participant should ever feel alone in this belief system. If you are not comfortable with extending invitations, this activity
may not be for you.

How Many Cycles Can I Participate In At One Time?

This can be different with each model. In Elite Classic the process is completely automated once you make your first request.
With Elite Express and Elite Turbo, you can request additional cycles as you complete your existing cycles. Be sure to check
the FAQ for each model before choosing where you want to participate. You can choose to participate in all three at the
same time if you so desire. We recommend that participants have ONE ID NUMBER in the Activity. One ID Number can
potentially open the floodgates of abundance. With Elite Classic you will automatically be invited to move on to forward
cycles, and re-entry cycles as long as you continue to participate.

What About My Privacy?

Since this is a private activity, the guidelines strictly prohibit participants from soliciting other participants for other
interests, activities, or businesses. Furthermore, the contract with our data tracking service excludes them from sharing any
participant’s data with other entities. Some participants also elect to use pseudo-names on their cycles for further
anonymity. We also believe giving can and should be done in a discrete, respectful manner...embracing the spirit of giving
with gentleness and kindness.

What is a Gifting Statement?

A Gifting Statement is a legal document clearly indicating that a gift given is indeed a gift and there is no expectation of a
return. Similar statements are used when money is gifted to someone for a mortgage down payment or when a vehicle is
given to another person. Since no money is being invested loaned or otherwise given with the promise of a return, each gift
given must be accompanied by a gifting statement. You are encouraged to click on the Gifting Statement link and read
through it before accepting the invitation or sending it to anyone.

What is a Non-Solicitation Statement?

This is a statement that each person who chooses to participate must sign and give to their inviter to signify that he/she was
not pressured, enticed, or otherwise mislead into becoming an Elite Activity Participant. Each person interested in becoming
a participant should first review all information on this website and get any questions or considerations addressed before
accepting the invitation. You are encouraged to click on the Non-Solicitation link and read through the entire document to be
sure you understand our pure intent.

Is Elite Activity a Pyramid?

No! Elite Activity is a belief system born of the intention to empower. Activity participants choose to exercise our individual
rights to give and receiving acknowledging principles which govern the laws of abundance. One of these principles is found in
Luke 6:38 (New Living Translation) which states; “If you give, you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full
measure, pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, and running over. Whatever measure you use in
giving—large or small—it will be used to measure what is given back to you.”

How Do I Get Involved?

Please get back with the participant who invited you to view this information. Feel free to come to a Live Invitation Call to
learn more about systematic giving. We participate in a systematic receiving and systematic inviting into our belief system!
We want you to be educated and empowered before you accept the invitation. Remember...we are all about Education,
Enlightenment, and Inspiration! This belief system is for you if you truly want to take an active part in creating the You and
Me World!

How Do I Change My Password, Phone Number, Email Address, Name, Etc?

Log into your Backroom and click on My Information. Edit your information making all the changes you desire. Then click
update at the bottom of the page. If you are not permitted to make any changes it is because you have not filled in ALL of
the REQUIRED fields on the page. Once you have completely filled out the form you will be permitted to make the changes to
your account information.

How Do I Get a Video or DVD?

At this time the Elite Activity does not endorse a video presentation of the Elite Philosophy. We plan to add professional
Videos and DVD’s in the future as they come available.

On My Cycles I Have a Date Under My Name and No One Else Does.

This is so you have a record of when you arrived on the Cycle.

How do I Add a New Participant to the Website?

You will find the support software user-friendly and simple to manage. The first step is make sure you are the inviter and in
the inviters backroom. There will be pop up screens that tell you whose backroom you are in. Please do not ignore these pop
ups! They are there to help you. The inviter cannot be changed if you make a mistake so please be sure you are inviting your
new person from the correct backroom. If you happen to make a mistake just notify “Contact Us” to have the mistake
deleted and re-do the process correctly from the inviters backroom. Click on "Add a New Invitee" and follow the directions.

Where Do I Go For help? How Can I talk With the Leadership?

Go to your backroom and click on "Contact Us" then send an email. Real people answer those emails and would love to assist
you with your concerns. We also love your input and enthusiasm!

Can I Invite More Than Two People?

Yes! Yes! Yes! You could invite a hundred people and they could all be connected to your ID number. The software will
always make sure they have a phase following you as long as you have an open cycle they’re requesting. Think how fast you
could fly through these cycles if you had more than two invitees! Never give your invitees away. Although this concept comes
from a good place in your heart, we are teaching people how to fish for a lifetime here...not throwing them a fish for a day.
Remember...Our intention is to Empower!

How Long Do Inactive Participants Remain in Elite Activity?

We understand that personal situations change and sometimes participants are not able to stay active consistently. If a
participant wants to voluntarily resign all they need to do is notify the activity through “Contact Us” or have their inviter
notify on their behalf. Elite Activity strives to allow all participants the freedom to be active or in-active at will and our
intention is not to remove anyone who has an interest in future activity. However, in an effort to support participants who
are active Elite Activity reserves the right to remove inactive participants after ninety consecutive days of inactivity.

How Do I Send a Gift?

The Receiver in the inner circle should let you know in what form and how they would like to receive your gift. Please check
with them before sending your gift. Always include a Gifting Statement, available on the website, with your gift. Also...be
sure to include your ID number and activity name so the Receiver knows who to acknowledge for the fabulous gift.

 HOW THE ELITE ACTIVITY RESURRECTED WORKS

STEP 1: Accept the invitation to become an Elite Participant by providing simple contact information
to your inviter who will enter it into the tacking system.

STEP 2: Subscribe to the tracking service – (Anywhere from just over $13 per month to $16 per
month depending on your subscription choice, all choices are less than $.50 per day!!)

STEP 3: Upon receiving your personal ID number and completing the subscription process you can
request to join a cycle, either Elite Classic, Elite Express or Elite Turbo.

STEP 4: You agree to contact the Receiving participant within 24 hours and send your initial “One-
Time” out of pocket unconditional gift to the Receiving participant. The Receiving participant will
tell you how they wish to receive their gift – (Cashiers check, Money Order, Money Gram or Western
Union via Fed X, UPS or USPS) along with your Gifting Statement.

STEP 5: ALL participants are in Holding until contact is made with the Receiving participant and
they accept you into the cycle.

STEP 6: Once the Receiving participant accepts you in the Cycle you can begin inviting and building
your team. All participants share exactly the same potential to receive.

The Cycles begins with – GIVING AND RECEIVING

The Basics

Elite Turbo (There is only one Turbo cycle, the $50 cycle).

Elite Turbo is a beginner's model of abundance that provides exposure to managing, sending/receiving
gifts and basic inviting. This is a good model for the beginner since there's plenty of room for invitees.
Participants immediately graduate to the Receiving phase after sending the $50 gift. This model also
encourages gifts to be given from the invitee to the inviter which allows the invitee the experience of giving to
someone they know and become comfortable with the concept of giving. This gift exchange between the
inviter/invitee is also a good opportunity for the inviter to train their invitee on how to give graciously and
unconditionally, and to experience thankfulness in its true form from the inviter, allowing them to see how their
gifts directly affect another person's life.

Each turbo cycle consists of two phases: the Giving phase and the Receiving phase. When requesting
the turbo cycle you begin in the Giving phase. You should immediately make contact with the Inner Circle
(Receiving phase) and arrange to send your gift. Once the Inner Circle is contacted you will be accepted on the
cycle and immediately move to the Receiving phase.

Once you reach the inner circle, you will discover an additional feature provided with your fellowship

We call this a turbo short cycles meaning there are only five designations on a cycle as shown below, these
cycles have the potential to move quickly since each participant starts next in line to receive! How exciting!

The diagram below shows how powerful this process of many giving to one can be. In this case “Giving”
participants send their gifts to the “Receiving” participant.

ELITE TURBO 5 PHASE $50 CYCLE

These two steps open the doorway of this short cycle to – Giving and Receiving…

In the previous diagram there are four Giving phase participants in Yellow and one Receiving phase
participant in Pink! Upon requesting placement on the Turbo $50 cycle you send a gift to the Receiving
participant. As soon as you’re accepted you move from the Yellow (Giving) phase to the Pink (Receiving) phase
in the Cycle. Turbo participants give a $50 unconditional gift and potentially receive four $50 gifts before the
cycle completes. Once you receive your first $200 keep $150 and request placement again and again based on
your “one-time” out of pocket gift of $50. All participants accept the invitation by choosing to Give an
UNCONDITIONAL monetary gift to another participant expecting nothing in return from the receiver.
Participants can request as many Turbo cycles as they desire. (We make no guarantees expressed or implied).

Elite Express

Elite Express Cycle is an intermediate model of abundance that gives you exposure to multiple
cycles without the automated progression. You can choose which gift amount to start at, and you
can choose how many cycles you want to participate in at one time.

There are three Express cycles: Express 100 ($100 gift), Express 250 ($250 gift) and
Express 500 ($500 gift). You can have as many express cycles as you want cycling at a time, but
only one cycle of each active at a time. Meaning, you can enter the $100, $250 and $500 express
cycles at the same time, but must wait for each to cycle to complete before requesting another cycle.

The Express Cycle

Each cycle consists of three phases: the Giving phase, the Inviting phase and the Receiving
phase. Participants join a cycle in the Giving phase and immediately move into the Inviting phase
upon being accepted by the receiver. It is your responsibility to make contact with the Inner Circle
(Receiving phase) and arrange to send your gift as soon as you are notified who the receiver is.

After your first invitee joins the cycle on the outer ring directly outside your phase, you graduate to
the Receiving phase. You still need to invite another participant to the cycle, but now there's room
for your invitee to invite as well, and an opportunity for you to start receiving gifts with just one
invitee on the cycle! Once you reach the inner circle, you will discover an additional feature
provided with your subscription. The tracking service will keep track of gifts you send out as well as

ELITE EXPRESS CYCLE OF ABUNDANCE

The chart above shows how powerful this process of many giving to one can be. There are four
“Giving” in the Green, two “Inviting” in Yellow and one “Receiving” in the Pink.

There are three (3) Elite Express cycles: Express ($100), Express ($250) and Express ($500). Each
cycle works the same. Every participant shares the same potential of receiving gifts (but no guarantees are
expressed or implied). Simply put, we come to the cycle as givers, giving unconditionally and we complete
the cycle(s) with gratitude and thanksgiving!

Make this a synergistic team effort and everyone is blessed! No One Is Held Back

Knowing that some participants prefer to progress quickly while others choose a more leisurely pace, our unique tracking
system ensures that all participants can move forward as quickly as they desire. All participants progress from the Giving phase
to the Receiving phase in each cycle. The potential to receive is multiplied by sharing and inviting.

Elite Classic

The process works by expanding on the simple yet familiar act of many participants gifting an individual such as
your - Birthdays, Christmas, Valentines Day Weddings, Bridal or Baby Showers, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and
Anniversary gifts, which are fun examples of this concept of giving and receiving expecting nothing in return.

The Basics

This is truly where the giving really begins a phenomenal cycle of abundance. Elite Classic is
our seasoned Gift Exchange Model. Elite Classic is the model of choice for participants who embrace our
belief system long term.

Elite Classic requires commitment to the goal and is an ongoing experience. When you start on one
classic cycle, each experience takes you to two new cycles, multiplying your abundance each time; we call this
"automated forward/recycle progression" and will be explained in more detail later.

There are seven values of Elite Classic Cycles: Classic 100 ($100 gift), Classic 250 ($250 gift),
Classic 500 ($500 gift), Classic 1000 ($1,000 gift), Classic 2000 ($2,000 gift), Classic 4000 ($4,000
gift) and Classic 6000 ($6,000 gift). All participants start at the Classic 100 ($100 gift) cycle; the
"automated forward/recycle progression" will gradually bring you up to the next gift cycle each time you
complete the previous cycle. The first two gifts you receive in any cycle will almost always be enough to gift
forward to the next cycle, so you'll always have enough to move forward and still have six gifts left over! The

only gift that will ever come out of your pocket will be the first one hundred dollar gift. All future gifts come
from gifts received.

The Elite Classic Cycle

Each cycle consists of four phases: the Giving phase, the Inviting phase, the Empowering phase and
the Receiving phase. When you first join a cycle, you begin in the Giving phase. It is your responsibility to
make contact with the Inner Circle and arrange to send your gift. Once you do so, you should be accepted on
the cycle by the Inner Circle Participant and you will immediately progress to the Inviting phase (the Second
Ring).

Elite Classic participants agree to invite at least two like-minded participants who accept, before
progressing to the Receiving phase. You don't have to stop at two, but if you don't have two invitees by the
time the cycle is ready to progress you may get jumped over by another participant who does. All participants
agree to have at least two invitees before moving to a new cycle. Please don't feel stressed if you need more
time. The software is designed to allow as much time as you need. You will simply be jumped over allowing you
the time you need to support the cycle. You will remain next in line for blessings and will progress as soon as
you have completed the minimum support for the cycle.

After your first invitee joins the cycle on the outer ring directly outside your phase, you graduate to
the Empowering phase. You still need to invite another participant to the cycle, but now there's room for
your invitee to invite as well. During the Empowering phase, you need to help out your invitee(s) with their
inviting, just as your inviter's inviter (hopefully) helped you. Once your invitee invites one participant (and
you've invited 2), you will progress to the inner circle. If you haven't invited at least two participants then you
will remain in the first cycle. Once you receive your fourth gift in your first cycle you will be added to the Queue,
and will progress to the next cycle as soon as your second invitee joins your first cycle.

Once you reach the inner circle, you will discover an additional feature provided with your fellowship
subscription. The tracking system will track gifts you send out as well as gifts coming to you. This is very
important because it helps to maintain the integrity of the activity. If a participant chooses to be out of integrity
it would show up very quickly in the tracking of gift exchanges. Once you send your gift be sure to mark it sent
in your backroom. As you receive gifts you mark them received and your personal tracking service will always
let you know when it's time for another gift exchange. These are just a few features provided in our wonderful
belief system!

Forward/Re-cycle Progression

Once you are in the inner circle (the Receiving phase) and have received four gifts, the software will
automatically connect you to the next cycle up in the series. Say for example you have just received
your fourth gift on a Classic $100 cycle; you will automatically be invited to the Outer Circle (Giving phase) on a
Classic $250 cycle. You will need to gift the Inner Circle (Receiving phase) of this new Classic $250 cycle, and
you will progress forward again from this cycle upon receiving your fourth gift on the Classic $250 cycle.

When you receive your sixth gift on your Classic $100 cycle, you will automatically be re-cycled to another
Classic $100 cycle. Again, you will have to gift the inner circle, and you will move forward and re-cycle again
from this new cycle upon accepting your fourth and sixth gifts, respectively.

Our intention in Elite Activity is to create the reality of the You and Me World for as many people as we can. We

All participants start in the Giving phase (Blue Ring). There are eight givers to each classic
cycle. Once accepted the Giver progresses to the inviting phase (Green Ring). The next
progression moves to Empowering (Yellow ring), and the final progression is into the
inner circle, the Receiving phase of the cycle! Ha’le’ lu’jah!

MODELS OF ABUNDANCE
Our models of abundance are designed specifically to anchor the belief that giving opens the way to receiving.
Once you choose to participate in any Elite Activity model, you enter the cycle of abundance from the outer
circle and give unconditionally without consideration to the participant in the inner circle. When you do this with
the proper intent, and follow the guidelines, you will eventually reach 'the inner circle'. This is where other
participants give their unconditional gifts to you, and you experience the power of 'Many giving to one'.

Each Elite Activity model has guidelines, agreements and potential blessings. It is important to learn about each
model before participating so that you are empowered to choose the model that best serves you and you feel
comfortable to share with others. Each model will be discussed in detail on its own page.

Entering any of the Cycles and some basic information

You can agree to participate in any of our models of abundance by selecting 'Join a Cycle' in your participants
section. Once you agree to participate in a cycle, you will be placed in our 'Queue' (the British phrase for
"waiting in line"). You will wait in the queue until our software finds a cycle with an opening on the outer circle
directly outside your inviters' ring. If the software can't find an outer ring to connect you to, it will search all the
cycles of your Inviter's inviter for the same thing, and so on, until an outer ring is found. If your inviter is
waiting to be accepted to a cycle, you will continue to "wait in line" and the software will check again every 15
minutes until an opening is found.

As the name implies you are "waiting in line", meaning there may be others before you that get the outer ring
you or your inviter thought you'd join. Once you are accepted in an outer ring, it's your turn to give your
unconditional gift. The software will connect you to the participant in the inner circle by exchanging contact
information via email and your personal backroom. This introduction connects you to the recipient of your gift.

Each Elite Activity model is a little bit different. It is the inner circle participant's responsibility to accept and
welcome you to the cycle, so be sure to make contact with them as soon as you can. The sooner you make
contact, the sooner you can be accepted and begin your personal experience. If you don't make contact within
twenty-four hours, you could be declined and have to go back to the "queue" and wait for another opportunity.

Progressing through the cycle

Once you've been accepted, you immediately progress from the outer circle, one ring closer to the center.
Again, each model is different, but in each model this is the inviting phase of your cycle. Take a moment to
identify the happiness and satisfaction you feel by giving your unconditional gift. Make a mental note of your
kind act and watch how blessings start coming to you even before you reach the inner circle. Share this
experience with others, so they may become part of a blessing cycle too.

In each model, blessings are attained by embracing the spirit of teamwork. It is through being a gift
to others that we discover our own pure intent. Instead of giving for another participant, help them identify a
source in their own life they so they can give and experience the blessings associated with unconditional giving.

Integrity and Leadership

Always respect participants by honoring the inviter invitee relationship. Remember, "What we give out comes
back multiplied". If you ask another participant to come and join your team you are not only planting a seed for
others to come and invite your team away from you but you can also be asked to leave the activity
permanently. Never ask any of your invitees to be re-invited by other participants or visa versa. If you really
want to help, consider the wisdom in the old saying; "It is better to teach a man to fish so that he can feed
himself for life, than it is to catch a fish and feed him for a day". Integrity plays a vital role in how abundance
works. It is through Integrity that abundance flows into our lives.

The Inner Circle

After you've given your gift and invited others to do the same, you will eventually reach the inner circle. This is
where abundance returns multiplied. As new participants join the outer circle, they will be given your contact
information and you'll be given theirs. You don't have to wait for the person to contact you, if you feel like
welcoming that person to your cycle, do so! Remember, it's all about YOU now! Be grateful, accept the
abundance in your life, then use the gifts you receive to be a blessing, get what you need, enter another cycle
and buy what you want -- let your pure intent guide you!

Welcome To A New Beginning!

Greetings Elite Participants!

I’m honored and excited to introduce each of you to the next chapter of the Elite Resurrected
Activity. Elite has taken on the challenge of making what’s fantastic even better. As we enter this
New Age the Resurrected Elite Activity, and The World’s first Interdenominational Belief System on
the Internet!

We are each invited to take on the challenge of being a gift to as many of our fellow men and
women as we can.

The world is ready to learn about abundance and the principles that it's governed by. Every
challenge and attack has strengthened this activity and its participants to reach for greater heights.
There is an over flowing stream of abundance waiting for each of you. Embrace this new
phenomenal belief system and Luke 6:38 will cause men to “give, and it will be given to you good
measure, pressed down, and shaken together and running over will a man give to your bosom.

We see hardship and want all around us. We see our brothers and sisters from all walks of life
experiencing first hand the fruits of the "You Or Me" world. It's time for us to make a stand, to move
past our fear and reach out to all "Like-Minded" people, and invite them to consider another option,
the "You And Me" world.

By design this planet we live on exists on the principle of abundance. The earth is constantly
cleansing, supporting, restoring, nourishing, and strengthening through giving. If we look closely at
the science behind how the earth sustains itself we see example after example of a cycle of giving
and receiving.

Plants and trees receive carbon dioxide and give back oxygen. The human and many of the animal
family receive oxygen and give back carbon dioxide. The rains fall to cleanse and restore the
environment around us. As the waters take in pollution and flow to the oceans they are cleansed in
the ocean and cycle back into clouds to rain again another day.

We are invited to reach out for our abundance that comes into our life as we facilitate its free flow
from us and through us. Happiness, peace of mind and harmony in life are also fruits of this law of
abundance. I invite each of you to join with me in this great cause to shift the world from "Scarcity"
to "Abundance". As we embrace the principles of abundance by giving and reaching out to others,
our eyes begin to see the good news all around us.

The gifts we receive outside the activity, as a result of what we do inside the activity, will eclipse the
gifts we receive on the cycles. Don't take my word for it...Try it for yourself. If you truly choose in to
giving, your faith is strengthened, your intention to empower is felt by those around you, and you
become a magnet for abundance!

of abundance - "Giving has truly opened the way to Receiving" - and now we can honestly say that
"Helping You does not Hurt Us"

Contrition in hopes that somehow we will have sufficiency to pay our own bills ***
