INTRODUCTION God said, according to Deuteronomy 28:1, that adhering to His commands will make a man to be exalted above all nations of the
10

earth. Here, God was not only speaking to the whole nation collectively, but He was speaking to their individual lives. Which means that, even if only one person obeys God and lives righteously, that person will be exalted above all the nations! How? It is because our lives are both altars and thrones. We are dual in our operation on the earth- we live as worshippers and kings at the same time. And that's why I refer to the Christian as THE HOLY KING- One who worships and reigns. As a worshipper, he lives on his altar to God, and as a King, he lives on his throne before the nations. God says that our worship through righteousness (living right) to Him
11

will make our throne exalted above all the nations of the earth. God desires to make the believer a standard of righteousness and justice on the earth. The world outwardly sees the King in us, but we ought to expose them also to worshipper in us. By that, we give the nations access to our altar, so they can live righteously like us, which is their worship. I strongly believe that since we are sent to this world, our worship is not complete until it makes others to worship. In other words, reigning as kings on the earth is not enough; we ought to expose the power behind our throne, which is our altar.

12

Let us share our altar. Remember that our altar is spiritual, and not physical.

TRUTHS ABOUT THE FOUNDATION OF RIGHTEOUSNESS AND JUSTICE

14

1. Righteousness is a spiritual position, while justice is the representation of the power in righteousness. 2. While seeds are sown on the foundation of righteousness, they are represented by a harvest on the foundation of justice. For example, Abraham received his son, Isaac on the foundation of justice, by a seed sown on the foundation of Righteousness. (Genesis 18:1-10) 3. Righteousness is the order, by which Justice is made. 4. The foundation of Justice is as sure as the Sun, which never stops setting and arising, because righteousness was what set this
15

order in place (by the spoken Word of God). 5. Worship will continually bless the earth. As long as worship goes into the heavens from the earth, the earth will be blessed consequently. This is an expression of Righteousness and Justice. Psalm 67:5-6. 6. The Blessing of the Lord is a function of Righteousness and Justice. 7. The promises of God are on the foundation of Righteousness and Justice. This is why we call Him the covenant-keeping God. Notice that, the angel Gabriel was so sure of God's promise to Zechariah by
16

saying that he came from heaven and stands in the very presence of God. In other words, he stands upon the very foundation of righteousness and justice. (Luke 1:18-19) 8. The ministry of Jesus on the earth was simply to restore Righteousness and Justice. His first message was about repentance, which welcomes the Kingdom of God. And His last message preached through by the lastsupper- in the covenant of the word and the blood- represents righteousness and justice, for the altar and the throne of the believer. 9. The Holy Communion is an act to
17

enact the reason, for which Jesus died: to restore the foundation of Righteousness and Justice. 10. Jesus said, Anyone, who hears these sayings of mine and does them, is like a man whose foundation is a rock. Such a man builds on the rock of Christ, which is the foundation of Righteousness and Justice.

11. It is said in Psalm 103:7(The Amplified Version) that He made known His ways (of righteousness and justice) to Moses, His acts to the children of Israel. 12. The foundation of Righteousness and Justice is the
18

platform on which we experience intimate fellowship with God. 13. Isaac needed to be born to Abraham because God had a plan to bless the earth, by the teaching of Righteousness and Justice. 14. Righteousness and Justice is the foundation of the Kingdom of God. And Jesus Christ is coming again and expecting to meet Righteousness and Justice on the earth.

15. Justice functions from righteousness. This is why Kings in bible times used to keep magicians and idol worshippers around them. They understood that thrones are
19

preserved by altars. In other words, Justice functions from righteousness.

16. Like Abraham was expected, according to Genesis 18:19, you and I are expected by God to order men in the way of the Lord, which is Righteousness and Justice. 17. Life on earth will be as the Garden of Eden when Man will learn to live in the way of the Lord, which is RIGHTEOUSNESS AND JUSTICE.

1
THE FOUNDATION OF RIGHTEOUSNESS
Psalm 23:3B

He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake.

(The New King James Version)

Because of the name of God, which we bear, the only way God protects
21

His name is by making us to walk in Righteousness. What then is Righteousness? Righteousness is simply living right. And living right is only living the way God Himself lives. So God, while relating with us, in order to keep His name and His Word, makes us live in righteousness.

22

a. The Word and the Spirit Righteousness, which is the life of God begins when a person is born of the Word and the Spirit. These are what gives birth to righteousness- the Word and the Spirit.
John 3:5

23

Jesus answered, "I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit.
5

(The New International Version)

Rom 14:17A
17

For the kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking, but of righteousness,
(The New International Version)

While Jesus was on the earth, He was the Word and the Spirit in flesh, so He was righteous. He gave the word, but needed to go, so that the Spirit could come into us, to birth righteousness. The Spirit of God teaches the word, so that we live in righteousness. The primary thing, which the Holy Spirit requires to have communion with the believer is his body. In other words, the Holy
24

Spirit seeks for a believer who keeps his body holy. Secondly, the Spirit requires a man to avail his mind or to being alert to the Spirit. This is because the mind of the believer is the room, in which the Spirit of God stays within the believer. In John 14:26, Jesus said But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.
26

(The New International Version)

And it is simple to comprehend that all understanding and learning take place in the mind.

25

26

b. Names Names depict purpose, both in Heaven and on earth. Therefore, righteousness is put in effect when a person or thing is named in correlation with the purpose of the person or thing in Heaven.
27

Look at this: the first responsibility given to Adam was to function from His position of righteousness. This was when God asked him to give names to creatures. In other words, righteousness which means doing what God would do. The Spirit of Righteousness was his inspiration to name creatures exactly as God would have them. And it was so that whatever Adam called a thing became. Also, righteousness functions in naming because God (the Righteous One) is who He is, by His name. The name and purpose of Jesus
Matthew 1:21

And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name
21

28

JESUS, for He will save His people from their sins."

(The New King James Version)

The name and purpose of Abraham

Genesis 17:4-5

"As for Me, behold, My covenant is with you, and you shall be a father of many nations. 5 No longer shall your name be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham; for I have made you a father of many nations.
4

The name and purpose of Sarah

Gen 17:15-16

God said to Abraham, "As for Sarai your wife, you shall not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall be her name. 16 And I will bless her and also give you a son by her; then I will bless her, and she shall be a mother

15 Then

29

of nations; kings of peoples shall be from her." The name and purpose of Isaac
Genesis 17:19

God said: "No, Sarah your wife shall bear you a son, and you shall call his name Isaac; I will establish My covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his descendants after him. The name and purpose of Samson
Judges 13:6-7
6

19 Then

So the woman came and told her husband, saying,"A Man of God came to me, and His countenance was like the countenance of the Angel of God, very awesome; but I did not ask Him where He was from, and He did not tell me His name. 7 And He said to me, 'Behold, you shall conceive and bear a son. Now drink no wine or similar drink, nor eat anything
30

unclean, for the child shall be a Nazirite to God from the womb to the day of his death.'"
Judg 13:24
24 So

the woman bore a son and called his name Samson; and the child grew, and the LORD blessed him. The name and purpose of Israel

Genesis 32:28
28 And

He said,"Your name shall no longer be called Jacob, but Israel;* for you have struggled with God and with men, and have prevailed."

(The New King James Version)

The name and purpose of John the Baptist Luke 1:13-17 13 But the angel said to him, "Do not be afraid, Zacharias, for your
31

prayer is heard; and your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you shall call his name John. 14 And you will have joy and gladness, and many will rejoice at his birth. 15 For he will be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink. He will also be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother's womb. 16 And he will turn many of the children of Israel to the Lord their God. 17 He will also go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, 'to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children,'* and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just, to make ready a people prepared for the Lord." The name and purpose of Moses
Hebrews 11:24
24 By

faith Moses, when he became of age, refused to be called the son of Pharaoh's daughter,
32

(The New King James Version)

Everyone has a name, for which Heaven responds with their purpose towards them. Heaven sees a man as his name in heaven, and until the man sees himself as that, he cannot possess the heritage which he has in heavenly places. Righteousness, which is a product of the Word and the Spirit is fulfilled in this. Jesus said a man must be born of water and of the Spirit. To be born of the Spirit means to receive your name from the Spirit of God, as it is in Heaven. People are only given names when they are born. Likewise you receive the name for which heaven responds to your inheritance, when you are
33

born of the Spirit.

34

c. Standards God spoke these words to King Solomon after he became King over Israel.

35

1 Kings 3:14
14

So if you walk in My ways, to keep My statutes and My commandments, as your father David walked, then I will lengthen your days." Now if you walk before Me as your father David walked, in integrity of heart and in uprightness, to do according to all that I have commanded you, and if you keep My statutes and My judgments, 5 then I will establish the throne of your kingdom over Israel forever, as I promised David your father, saying, 'You shall not fail to have a man on the throne of Israel.'
4

1 Kings 9:4-5

(The New King James Version)

God spoke to King Solomon not directly to follow His ways, but to simply follow the ways of his father,
36

David. Imagine how a man can become a standard of righteousness before God! Look at what Jesus said, Then Jesus answered and said to them, "Most assuredly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, but what He sees the Father do; for whatever He does, the Son also does in like manner.
19

John 5:19

(The New King James Version)

This means that, to live in righteousness, it is possible to emulate what you see. So God picked David to show His righteousness.
Look at this again: Gen 18:19-20

37

For I have known him, in order that he may command his children and his household after him, that they keep the way of the LORD, to do righteousness and justice, that the LORD may bring to Abraham what He has spoken to him."
19

(The New King James Version)

God was sure of a whole generation's righteousness because of a man, Abraham. In this case, Abraham was an acceptable standard of righteousness by God.

38

d. Altars An altar is a place, where sacrifice is surely accepted by God. In the ideal temple, which King Solomon
39

built, he built an altar upon which sacrifice was immediately accepted by God. And each time they offered sacrifices there, it would be accepted. An experience recorded as an altar is one, with written down principles of God's working. It is one, which anyone can have access to, engage in through practice, and have same experience. Solomon's first building was first of the temple with the altar in it, before His palace. Not only was this in the order of Righteousness before Justice, it also was to set the whole nation before the altar, so they could all worship, and thereby become Kings also. Every child of God has to be both worshipper and
40

king. At Moriah, when Abraham's faith led him to righteousness, He built an altar to record the experience of God as a provider (Genesis 22:14).Then he called the altar Jehovah Jireh, meaning that God will be experienced as a provider on that altar. This means that anyone, who obeys God, even to give his most precious possession, like Abraham did, will not be disappointed, but instead experience the supernatural provision of God. And from that time this altar was established till this day, men, women, nations and generations have experienced the supernatural
41

provision of God from this altar built by Abraham. You know that you are on this altar, whenever you study what Abraham did, and act likewise. To many today, their altars are their testimonies, which may be spoken, composed in songs, published in books, or given otherwise. But it is expedient for every child of God to establish altars of righteousness. Your testimony well recorded can be of need to you in future. In Genesis 12:7-8, God made a promise to Abraham in Bethel. And two generations after, (Genesis

42

28:11-14) confirmed the same word to Jacob in Bethel. When God first appeared to Abraham, Abraham built an altar to record the experience. Whenever an altar is built, heaven is committed to respond on that altar. Jacob was not aware even of the presence of God where he stood, but because of the righteous act of Abraham, by building an altar, heaven was committed to speak to Jacob. And after that, Jacob also recorded his experience by rededicating the altar with the oil he poured on it. It is inevitable on the foundation of righteousness to engage in building altars of righteousness to God.
43

Jacob needed to reinstate the covenant of that altar, so it could be relevant to His generation. Remember that Abraham had died many years before then. Your altars are relevant to your generation and more to come. The importance of building altars of righteousness was expressed in Exodus 12: 14-27 when God asked the whole nation of Israel to tell their generations of His mighty acts in Egypt. In fact, God helped them to build an altar by making the Passover a yearly celebration, so that generations to come will learn of the history and significance of the Passover. You know, your worship is not fully accomplished, until another person,
44

family, nation and generation can worship because of you. A generation was destroyed in the wilderness, in bible times, because of their unbelief. How would you feel to know that a generation after you will perish because they needed your well and altar?

45

e. Wells A well and an altar are very close in their duty: the well is the source of revelation, and the altar is the place on which worship takes place due to the revelation. God says in Hosea 4:6,
6 My

people are destroyed for lack of knowledge; because you [the priestly nation] have rejected knowledge, I will also reject you that you shall be no priest to Me; seeing you have forgotten
46

the law of your God, I will also forget your children. Knowledge is preserved when men record their revelations from God, by building wells. This is an act of righteousness because when wells are built, generations are preserved by the knowledge of God. Jesus approached a woman a Samaritan woman on purpose in John 4 and asked her for water from the well. This woman was very comfortable taking water from the well, which Jacob built. But when Jesus pressed on by asking her more questions, she didn't understand why. Instead, she was surprised why a Jew needed water from a Samaritan, and why a man

47

came to the well without a bucket to fetch water with. Jesus, in this passage of the bible, was trying to redefine and restore the original intent of wells. Yes, Jacob did well by providing water that lasted many generations. But water is a symbol of the Word of God. Meaning that, you and I ought to provide many generations with the revelation of God's word. For many generations, people only used to fetch water from Jacob's well. But Jesus came to give everyone power to have and give wells. Jacob experienced God, and dug a well symbolically to give his revelation to generations. You and
48

I, born again in Christ now have the privilege to experience God, and minister the revelation to many generations.
