Control systems of ecology and safety for production in oil industry One of most essential types of human influence on the bowels is connected with extraction of hydrocarbon resources. The functioning of oil industries had brought to well known negative ecological sequences on the ground surface and surface by atmosphere. The number of severe measures in environmental safety helped to reduce in definite degree the level of negative ecological consequences, caused by the industrial activity. The serious backgrounds appeared on the boundary of ages for re-evaluating the present understanding of the role, scales and consequences of man-caused influence on the bowels while exploitation of their hydrocarbon potential. The convincing data were received, which witness of importance to take into account the factor of gee-dynamic risk in the system of control for ecological safety of production in the oil industry. The wide analytical search of domestic and international information demonstrated that numerous case of induced man-caused seismisity and other geodynamic events, connected with exploitation of oil fields had brought already to serious negative economical and ecological consequences. The present report makes grounds for the actuality and necessity of conducting the complex of measures for providing the geodynamical safety of exploitation the hydrocarbon potential of bowels to be considered as a part mdustrial and ecological safety for systems and objects in the oil production industry. The conceptual states of evaluation system for geodynamic risk in oil industry are being considered. These states include the principals of creating the system of multi-functional geodynamic monitoring of natural and man-caused processes in the areas of developing the hydrocarbon potential of bowels in Russia in complex with ecological monitoring. They also include the procedures for prognosis of negative ecological and industrial consequences in case of geodynamic events and proposals on preventing measures for reduction the influence of geodynamic events on natural-teclimcal systems of oil industry and environment. The report grounds the necessity of developing the normative- methodical base for evaluating the recent geodynamic conditions of bowels of oil- gas containing areas, and recommendations in form of legislation initiatives, which regulate ecological and safe exploitation of hydrocarbon potential of bowels.
