Bagyong Pablo Bopha hits Cagayan and the Rest of Municipalities

A day before the predicted typhoon Bopha or known in our country as Pablo, City Officials suspend all classes at all levels, and all government offices. All the people residing in a low lying and mountainous areas under storm public warning signals are alerted against possible flashfloods and landslides. Likewise, those living in coastal areas under public storm warning signals No. 2 and 3 are against big waves. Fishing boats and other sea vessels are advice not to venture out.

Carmen bridge,started to overflow


The school Golden Heritage Polytechnic College (GHPC) was a victim of typhoon Sendong . The School stricken again by flood but the founder Of the school and other member of staffs are ready before the typhoon Pablo struck. The founder and his Student assistant are keeping on guarding the school to keep safe the documents and other valuable things from the burglar. People are passing this brigade prayer: Almighty and loving father, Creator of the Universe, we fervently ask your Divine and Infinite Mercy to take control of the rain and typhoon. We put our trust in yourpower. We implore you to embrace our country. Calm the weather as you did with your disciples at the middle of the sea. In my Mighty Name of Jesus our savior, Amen. According to latest report the City was largely unprepared for the disaster and Mayor Vicente Emano took political beating for his perceived slow response. The tragedy of typhoon Sendong keep alerted by people and Mayor Vicente Emano learned the lessons of Sendong. When Mayor Emano asked whether he noticed the changes in the way national disaster management agencies responded to Pablo, the mayor was less generous with his praise, We are responding to the disaster practically in our own. We did not wait for anyone to come to help us. Therefore we should be ready all the time. Whatever the newscaster advice we must follow thats for our liberty. Dont be so reluctance if our lives are talked about.
