Mandala Artist Statement

Who am I? It isnt a basic question to answer. I tried to place myself in a place where I can set my memories and pictures into my Mandala. I visualized myself were each of the pictures I put them into my Mandala to describe them. Each represents a storyline or something I have done in my childhood and I missed it. Through the mandala,I was able to develop emotions and feelings through out my experience of childhood and teenager.

Riding the classic cars. This was a fantastic day because my dad lets me ride his classic cars and I like to ride them especially because its old school. This is like dad and son male bonding.

Video games for a memory. My very first experience of video games that I like playing to distract me from other person who likes to miss around.

Playing in the parking lot. When it gets to exciting goes go outside and play so you can stay active and healthy.

The center picture. Non- human creatures. I spend time with my pets

because I like to play around and they are adorable.

5.Religion. This saying that my family at least go to church twice a week and pray to god that everyday is better than that time we faced that is bad. 6.Baseball man. This symbolizes that I used to play baseball and that I always learn new experiences from friends and family whenever we played together. 7.Double funny face. Im a cool guy to hang out with because I get along with everyone and sometimes I like to make them laugh. 8.Triple fun. I spent quality time with play board games that finish the good day a better one knowing that is exciting to show inspirations with your family. 9. Knives. They shoot from a distances and it good for long time practices and it helps with my stress through all the troubles I had in life. 10. Call of Duty. The first time I played modern games this year and I felt like I was the person that gets excited for there first toy. 11. Portable fun. There are times when you have to visualize my mind and go to the digital fun and use my imagination as a fun activity. 12. Colorful guns. These shows I spent time playing Paint ball shooting with my brother and friends, we like to explore it in the nature as army people.

13. The masks. It represents that sometimes life is fun and enjoyable but sometimes life is hard and its very bumpy to succeed. My Mandala reflects my personal aesthetic family, love and natures creatures. This symbolizes my respect of love ones that went through all the way with your lifetime that always encouraged doing whats best and your goals through life. The animals symbolizes that I care about them a lot and they were like part of family. The classic car symbolizes that they are old school and that I like to take long trips with my dad and enjoy the view.
